Motorola XOOM Custom-Fit Screen Protector

Yes, this is a cheap screen cover that works well in terms of protecting the Xoom's display from small scratches. It makes no significant changes in the touch sensitivity. It is easy to apply (use extreme caution to clean the display and install in a clean environment). However, it smudges very easily and the smudges are nearly impossible to clean off. I'm a careful user whose hands are always clean and free from oil/grease/lotion/etc. - I cannot imagine the horror this protector would impose on a less careful user or a chronic user of moisturizers. I will be replacing this with another protector.

The seller did a good job with the packaging so I got it with no bends completely flat. The product fit for the most part but like others said it is a bit difficult to apply. The second layer which is to be removed after you apply the protector tends to cling to the protector itself which causes it to peel up so be careful. A couple of bubbles and one edge just wouldn't stick (about 1/4" from the edge, this seems to be a common complaint too). For the price it is ok but if you're looking for something stellar/long lasting try a different one. I figured I would be changing it a couple of times so I bought accordingly.

Ordered AntiGlare screensaver but received. A cheap Ultra Clear version made in China AND packaging clearly describes this screensaver as NOT being Anti-glare. Paid MORE money for Anti-Glare because I use my Xzoom outside to take pics and screen is sooo shiny you can't see anything! Maybe they don't make an AntiGlare screen, BUT don't advertise it as such if its NOT! Buy the cheapest one if this is your first one. Don't waste the extra money for Antiglare because this product doesn't match the advertised description!

I was concerned about the application after reading other reviews, so made a point to take my time. I guess after replacing a few screen protectors I may be more confident! It wasn't horrible, but took about a half hour. I only ended up with one piece of dust and a few little bubbles! I worked them to an area they wouldn't be so obvious and now (a few weeks later) I really don't notice them! I love the idea of using the extra one to cut down to fit my cell phone!

It can not do all of the things that the $800.00 units do, but for what I paid, and the type of use I use it for, it got the I like it star. It updated perfectly to the latest available android software and performs just fine for what I bought it for. It works well with Motorola's case cover. Battery life seems on par for what it was advertised. The shipping happened fast. And as with all purchases thru Amazon, ordering couldn't be simpler

Not too happy with this purchase, but at this price I suppose i shouldn't have expected much more. The screen protector came with no instructions. It was received inside of a standard mail envelope. No retail type of packaging, no instructions or packing material. The screen protector was slightly larger than the screen of the moto xoom, which prevented a good seal around the edges of the device. This caused the edges to constantly lift off no matter what i tried to do. Also, there was no hole cutout for the front facing camera like many other moto xoom screen covers have. Personally, i will spend the extra money next time and get a better screen protector. No sense spending hundreds on a new device, then skimping on the accesories.

This screen protector was a gift for my husband. It fits his tablet well and he commented that it is pretty good at minimizing the light glare. It arrived in perfect condition with no bends. Overall we are happy with this purchase.

Great price, great product, but it took forever for me to get it, not really the sellers fault. It didn't come with anything to help install the cover. I have bought these from other sellers before and they came with a little squeegee, some kind of spray to keep allow you to get the protector just right on the screen. This came with a worthless cloth to clean the screen and the screen protector. I bought two. I put the first one on and had a little spec of something right in the middle of the screen. The second one I couldn't get all the bubbles out so I pulled it off and threw it away. If you buy a little squeegee and the spray this would be a good deal.

I would not recommend this item, it doesn't even fit, it's too big which yes I could obviously cut it, but I shouldn't have to. Also the sent it through regular mail and didn't think enough to put "do not bend" on the envelope. I received it bent, and now I cannot use it as it won't even lay flat against my screen. After shipping costa it was almost $5. What a waste.
