We needed to make our wooden stairs safer for our dogs. These aren’t the prettiest carpet , but the dark brown colour is unobtrusive on similarly coloured surface. We cleaned each surface with white spirit and allowed to dry before fixing. The adhesive allows the treads to be easily removed and repositioned, but sticks well enough to stop any slippage. Even after a few weeks, they have not become more firmly stuck. I doubt that the adhesive would survive washing, wouldn’t risk it. Easy to Hoover.Update- After around 6 weeks a couple of the treads are showing signs of wear.

The media could not be loaded.  No complains at the moment whatsoever. I don't usually write the reviews but this product deserves it, simple. Very happy with the purchase (so it's the dog as you can see :D ). Just put them on last week (took me around 20min with measurements) , and now they are perfectly flat after few up and down rounds and haven't moved a bit. They've been curved in the box for storage very neatly, no marks due to folding at all. I have elderly person in the house and have been looking for something safe to put on stairs. So far they are doing great job and they look fabulous while been practical. Thank you to whoever made them!

Trimmed to size - easy enoughAdhesive backing not as good as I would have liked, however this is only a loft access staircase so not heavily used or a major problem.Overall these were cheap and did what I needed, but would not recommend for a main staircase

We have wooden stairs and were looking for a stair tread so our dog would slip on them. Easy to cut to size with a pair of scissors and gip very well considering there is no glue involved, just a sticky surface. We bought one set and then bought another set for a second set of stairs, as we were so impressed with them. I did make sure i cut them to fit exactly the width of the tread, which i think may also help with them not moving or twisting. Also took the time and effort to fully hoover the stairs and even cleaned off the wood with some alcohol on a cloth to make sure they were absolutely clean.

I'd been thinking about getting carpet for my wooden stairs. These make my stairs look really good and feel nice under foot. Sooo easy to install peel of plastic apply to stair and press down n off you go. The adhesion is good mine haven't moved n been down few weeks now. Easy to hoover n still don't move.

These are ideal for the job I needed them for. My small dog was struggling to use the stairs with them being slippery.They are thin and have a ribbed effect like a door mat but they are very soft on the feet. Not course or scratchy. They do grab on to the flat steps ok, they havent slipped after a week but they are very easy to peel off. My cat can easily peel the corners up when he's in one of his terrorising moods. I would suggest extra adhesive just to be safer. Cleaning them has been easy so far , a quick hoover with a small attachment has been enough to pick up any fluff. I have not tried machine washing. I may do a test run with one of the spare mats and carpet cleaner with another. I will update my review once I've tried this.

I was so happy about those as I was like it might be hit or pass. It was something in the middle. I still like them just because they fit my stairs perfectly. I dislike that they state its adhesive- it is not fully adhesive. I have couple of them being super slippery and none adhesive at all whilst the other stair pads are super adhesive. Yes, I cleaned the stairs before putting them on etc. Another issue they shred a lot like I see fine strings/lines/material parts on my stairs everyday and I see the brown colour transferring to my white stairs. Just because of those issues I am giving 3 stars as I feel like this is reasonable due to the issues I am having- still like the product but could be improved. Stairs are commutable area I was hoping they would be sturdy and better made due to high traffic area.

Came on time. Well packaged. Had more than I needed for the stairs. They were easy to cut and quite thin I thoughtBut they do a great job. They have really made z difference to the stairs. I can recommend them

Necesitaba colocar este tipo de tapetes en los escalones de las escaleras de casa a causa de que mis perras se resbalaban todo el tiempo. Hasta ahora ninguna a perdido la adhesión.

Li abbiamo acquistati per non far scivolare il cane dalle scale di legno. Essendo di moquette raccolgono polvere e peli, ma sono facili da pulire e lavare. L'adesione è ottima anche dopo il lavaggio. È stato facile anche adattarli alla forma dello scalino tagliandoli con una semplice forbice. Peccato solo ce ne servisse ancora uno.

Di facile applicazione, aderisce perfettamente ed il grande vantaggio è quello di essere amovibile e quindi riposizionabile secondo necessità. Rispetto ad altri dello stesso tipo con bi-adesivo ha il vantaggio di non lasciare traccia sulle scale quando viene rimosso. Per il momento sono molto soddisfatta, vedremo nel tempo.
