I bought this because I have 2 cats one under weight and one overweight. It says its for multiple cats and that it is programable for portions and the number of feedings. well though that is true it is one program. Not a program for each cat. So in order to give the skinny cat as much food as he will eat I have to give it to the fat cat as well. Who needs a $250 dish for that I can just leave food out.

Would have loved to have used it and it checks off a lot of box in what to look for in a auto feeder, BUT the biggest selling point the auto feed for multiple cats through collar tags just doesn't work because the app just DOES NOT WORK. First, you have to connect the machine to WiFi (2.4 g of WiFi, anything faster does not work (still doesn't work with 2.4)) So mobile hotspot is the only signal that's close to 2.4 so you need 2 phones. One to provide the WIFI hotspot and another phone with the app trying to connect. Confused yet? Lets move on connect WiFi, turn on app and have it connect then it configuration time...:sigh: It jumps from the WIFI to the machines network and then it processes and processes and just keeps processing until Network error pops up. Call up their service from the website listed on user manual ALL chinese based contact (Wechat) fine google translate to the rescue and what they said is USA internet not work, contact seller to reconfigure. We don't sell in USA. Sooooooo....... I got it in USA. Well time to contact seller to see if they can troubleshoot... and nothing, no reply. Very sad but not worth the big headache, even though I think it MIGHT be a good product (again not sure because it never was able to be set up) Will just return and hopefully Amazon will give refund.

You will not be able to connect it to the Wi-Fi. Additionally, all the features it comes with are rendered useless without Wi-Fi. You won't be able to modify how much food is dispersed, schedule times to feed, monitor your cats' eating habits, etc.No changes to Wi-Fi settings, router settings, or phone settings can be made to get the device to connect to Wi-Fi. I even attempted to use multiple Android and iOS devices, but nothing works. As another mentioned, it may be related to my location being in the United States, in which case that should be mentioned within the product details section.I wish I could give this product 0 stars for all the hours I wasted trying to get this thing to connect. The fact that this thing is sold from the Amazon Warehouse is abysmal. Will be returning this product faster than it took to get it shipped to me with Amazon Prime delivery.

The device looks great, but it doesn’t connect to the app.I tried to connect to it from two devices, Android and iOS and I attempted to connect it to a different Wi-Fi (both 2.4). Although It showed me the same error “device adding failed”.I also tried a different connection option in the app, it appeared to connect because it made a two beep sound, but latter it showed another error message “connect the device with Wi-Fi first, then scan the QR code”. So I tried to do it and it showed me the previous error message.I’m not sure if this is a device Wi-Fi issue or an app issue. Can anyone have some tips or solutions to fix this issue? Thank you!Update: The support team helped me by email.It's working well most of the time, sometimes the app says "seems your cat ate" but it does not say which cat ate. I'm raising the rating from 1 to 4.

**Update** I finally got the app to work, no thanks to the customer service. I had to change the font size on my phone, then I was able to accept the EULA. With the app working, I'm raising my review score. **So far, this is just a really expensive feeder. The app won't let me accept the EULA in order to actually set the feeder up. I've had it less than an hour and I'm probably returning it, as it's useless without the app.
