Hi! what is the difference between bluetooth in and bluetooth in/out? thanks!

Thank you for contacting Crosley Brands! Bluetooth in allows you to stream music through your Crosley from another device. Bluetooth out allows you to connect to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones.

Can you direct me to a replacement needle for CR8009A?

Thank you for contacting Crosley Brands. The CR8009A requires an NP-6. Kindest regards,

The needle attachment snapped off when the lid was opened. Can the arm or the whole head be replaced?

Goodness, I really don't know if it is possible to replace or snapped back on.
