Loads of insights
As I’m starting to build CX initiatives in my company, this book was a great starting point to understand the structure of a CX program with lots of real life cases. Their writing style is easy and pleasant to read through without any far-fetched vocabulary.

Gutes Buch, welche die Aspekte des Customer Experience beschreibt. Ein Punkt abzug, da es teilweise zu viele Use Cases, gibt, die das Gleiche beschreiben und das Buch ein wenig aufblähen.
