Update review 6/18/2026 I've ordered this Calcium supplement 18 times. It works for me. I was concerned about the formula ingredients efficacy of the latest bottle deliveries, but I'm back on these because Bio Schwartz Bone Strength does help and work. I discovered this supplement around year 2021. Now it's 2026 and I'm back on BioSchwartz Bone Strength supplement. I gave other calcium supplements a try and I don't get the same feeling of feeling "less pained " as I get with Bio Schwartz supplement. I'm over age 50 and Calcium is crucial. My DOCTOR Recommends I take 1200 mg and 1000 units of Vitamin D. The bio Schwartz pills are light, and easy on my stomach. I take 4 capsules. (you can split dosage) 2 in morning and 2 evening with meal. Some don't like taking tablets etc but these capsules are light and the benefits outweigh the temporary inconvenience of having to take capsules, in my case. I like that it has fast absorption. What good is a vitamin supplement if it doesn't absorb well in the body and if it has fillers? right? This Bioswartz has about 900 mg of calcium. I like that is has magnesium too. This product works for me, I feel less pain, perhaps because it works in conjunction with the magnesium. I would like bioswartz to make it in 1200 mg because that's what my Dr. recommends. I'm more concerned with bone health now more than ever. Our bone density decreases faster than men, from what I researched. It works for me because I noticed when I stop taking these and went with another brand my body didn't feel as strong, and I was getting more joint pains. I stopped auto ship because wasn't sure I could afford this monthly but I am back on Autoship because investing in my health is important, especially with bones. It'll help me spend less money on pain relievers and help me with my runs, work outs and yoga. If the formula changes I will update this review. So I'll stick with what works 5 * stars absorption, 5 *stars doesn't upset my stomach 5* stars has magnesium 5 stars for efficacy on bone supplement. 5 stars easy to swallow, and light. *4 stars because it's less than 1000 mg calcium Updated review 08/29/2021 the first few bottles worked but now I don't feel like it's working as much. Have they changed the quality? I was offered to get a free bottle and tried it. My Doctor Recommended Calcium Supplements and vitamin d. The previous bottles but I think there's a change in formula, unsure. I will order one more time but if I feel that the quality has changed from the previous months that I've ordered this then I won't buy again. It was good when I felt a difference but sometimes I think the quality may have changed. I'll update again. Review from June 11, 2021: .. I ran out of my cheaper brand, decided to try something with good reviews. I started taking this for 5 days. I notice I do not have has much pain in my muscles or joints. I am unsure if this is the reason but I am convinced the magnesium and calcium work. Its not too packed with fillers unlike the other brands that's probably why it absorbs more efficiently in the body. Whatever it is I like this product and will keep buying as long as it works. Only thing is the serving is 4 capsules which may be alot but it WORKS for me. I even want to recommend to my parents. I'm in less pain now. I bought these, my Doctor said I needed calcium supplements (women). The other cheap tablets dont work but this Bone Strength works well for the price. !!!!!!
