Excellent addition to any home gym or just in your home office during COVID for a quick workout. Really easy to store away as it is collapsible in minutes. It came in a box with clear assembly instructions – not one issue, takes barely any time to put together. It fits a full-size adult as well as my 12 & 14 year old kiddos. Bench pressing or ab workouts are great on it. The different positions work perfectly. Can hold up to 330 lbs. Stretch bands nicely add to arm & back workouts. Seat cushion nice and firm.

The bench itself does what is promised. It is relatively compact, light-weight, and reasonably sturdy.The hand bands shown are basically useless... I gave em to my 9 year old to play with.The footholds are also pretty much useless.To fold, you need to remove a pin and not lose it.All that said, it is fairly inexpensive, well-sized, and does the job. I'm happy with my purchase.

I didn't give it 5 stars for sturdiness because it's a little shaky. But with that being said, I've done a lot of weight on this little guy and it does just great! So I can't knock it too bad. Overall a great buy for the money. But don't expect it to be solid like the one in your local gym

I have to admit that I am a little bit lazy person, and I don't have time to go to gym. This bench is a very good equipment for me. I can doing exercise at home anytime. The size is perfect to me , easy to fold up and spreading, doesn't accupied much space. Good quality! The surface of the bench feels comfortable and it doesn't slipped when you sit on top to do exercise. Although it have a little bit smell, I think the smell will dissapear after a couple day. It doesn't matter because it is a new equipment. I like it can adjustable any altitude that you want. I hope this bench can urge me to stick at exercise. when I see it, I'll remember to that I have to move, which is less time and less money than going to the gym. I'll recommend it to friends who want to exercise as much as I do but don't have enough time.

came w a tear in the seat so poor material.... besides that, easy to assemble, lightweight. the bands are useless too. good value and does the job. more expensive benches out there, but this one is fine.

Not a sponsored review - this bench was so easy to assemble, it took me just as long to break down the cardboard boxes and throw away the other shipping remnants as it did to assemble. On top of that this bench is frighteningly lightweight, yet feels as sturdy as heavy benches found in fitness clubs.The fact that it can be an incline, flat, and decline is incredible. The added attachments points for band training is a bonus feature that I learned to appreciate during quarantine, spring 2020.If I ever decided to open a gym, I am unsure of the price of normal benches but I would definitely think about purchasing these rather than less multipurpose benches seen at clubs.

This is a exceptional bench for bigger guys. I have a wide back and while on the bench I don’t feel parts of my back hanging off. The the removable bands were a thoughtful addition. To assemble it was very easy, only took me about 30 mins. The only complaint I have is that I can hear and feel the front leg wobbling.

Excellent, Sturdy, easy to build, fits a large guy when I saw this bench I canceled an order of a bench from a competing online retailer, which was not adjustable and more expensive. Amazon offers a better product for the same price. The bench arrived on time and was easy to put together. All screws were neatly labeled and the instructions were clear. I was pleasantly surprised at how well made the bench is. I put it together without any issues in about 10 minutes. I've used the bench several times now and it's very sturdy. I'd definitely recommend this bench to anyone looking for an affordable but well-made weight bench.

Arrived much earlier than expected. Very easy to put together, also easy adjustable system. Stable, good quality seat material. When folded - takes just a little bit of space, which is good for a small house. Various back positions allow to do different exercises. Perfect for any home gym.

Very prompt delivery. Decent sturdy bench and very easy to put together.As a few have mentioned the decline position is a bit awkward to perform your routines. The cable attachments are ok to use for warming up muscles, but there is not much tension/resistance to build muscles.All in all, a decent bench for the money.
