Easy to install massive time saver! We got this for our pool this summer and it’a so much more convenient to not have to disconnect hoses and in plugs. This has made cleaning out the filters take less than five minutes when it used to take at least 15 and no mess or water loss. It’s also put way less wear and tear on the hoses since they don’t have to be disconnected/connected anymore. Absolute must for above ground pool owners!

I can see why I'll never be one of those Vine reviewers. Because I wouldn't give 5 stars and post a great review on a product that I have no idea what it does or how it works. But hey I got it for free. I'm not a writer either. No really the item does fit with a really tight fit, so you got to get those little muscles and push them together. It's tight for a reason so it doesn't leak and you don't give the item a poor review because it leaked. I wish the pool I bought came with this valve. Now changing and cleaning the filter is much easier and cleaner.

Too tight. Hard to get completely on. It takes some real strength just to get a pool part on so 4 stars otherwise it's good.

A must-have accessory if you upgrade your stock pump that came with your above-ground pool to a sand filter pump. The sand pump hoses will work with this.

Seems to be working well and makes changing the filter easier since I can stop the water flow without having to disconnect or plug the drain tube.

Just as pictured would buy again if need too.

Works great

This is exactly what I needed for my pool. Now I can service my pump and sand filter very easily with out loosing a lot of water. It arrived quickly and I had installed in minutes. It fit perfectly 👌.

I was in process of returning item as I could not get it to go in hose to the pump, as same size , so I boiled water and put the hoe into pot of boiling water then the valve went in no problem. Should add in instructions maybe

Makes shutting off water to the filter so much easier. A great small investment for our pool.

Worst part ever. It’s not threaded right so no connectors fit it. Too late to return so stuck with a piece of garbage.
