Tastes great, works well for hydration
These oasis stick packs are so easy for on-the-go. I take them with me when I travel and also for at-home use. For someone dealing with migraine, I’ve tried a ton of options on the market and Oasis works so well for hydration (dehydration can cause migraine). Not only are these effective but they also taste great

Good Taste Even When Mixed With 30oz Of Water, Haven't Had A Headache Since Drinking It
I'm not really sure how to evaluate this. For a drink mix, the price is ridiculous, currently $45 for 30 of these little packet of electrolyte drink mix. I found the taste to be a good lemon line flavor. It is not any better or worse than any other lemon lime drink mix I've had. It is not too sweet. It claims to be formulated to "manage one of the triggers of migraine and headache". I don't get migraines but do get headaches sometimes. The day this came I had a headache. It went away after I drank this. Was this what made it go away? I have no idea. I feel like it may have helped but then just drinking water can help if I haven't consumed much water by a particular time of day.As a drink mix I'd call it a 5-star product. From a price perspective I'd call it ridiculous as a drink mix product, like one or two stars from a value perspective. If it really does help headaches go away more than just hydrating yourself with water or something like Gatorade, then it might actually be worth $45 for 30 of these things.I don't get too many headaches but if I can remember to start putting one of these in the water bottle when I fill it up and it seems like it makes the headache go away faster, I'll come back and update this. If it works, it might be worth 5 stars and a great thing to buy. Since I don't get many headaches, that will likely take a while. If I can find any friends who have migraine problems I'll give them some of these and see if I can get any feedback on whether or not they help anything.I use a water bottle that is more like 32 ounces. When I dumped one of these packets in that bottle and filled it up, that gave it enough flavor for me. If this was mixed with 12-16 ounces of water it would be pretty strong. It just depends on how strong you want the flavor to be in water you add powdered drink mix to.The company that makes this seems to specialize in sleep related products not headphones as another reviewer stated. The board of scientific advisers listed on the Amazon company page lists three doctors who do in fact exist. The one affiliated with Pitt does seem to specialize in sleep related things. The other two on things that affect the brain or that the brain affects. It's not a headphone company that just started making hydration packets.

easy to drink, sweetened by stevia
I got this for my husband in hopes it will be one of the tools to help lessen the frequency and intensity of his migraines. He likes the taste of this and has no problem taking this drink. It also helps encourage him to drink more water, as I constantly remind him to drink this daily. He said it tastes good (lemon lime flavor), and is easy to drink. This drink is sweet but if it is too sweet for you, you can always dilute it with more water - I'm assuming that isn't going to change the effectiveness of the vitamins and minerals. I was trying to look at the box to see what this is sweetened with but it didn't say. Before getting to taste this, I even thought this was going to be a flavored but unsweetened type of drink. I only found out it is sweetened by stevia on this Amazon description page. I have to be honest I personally avoid stevia/sucralose and any type of sweeteners healthy or not, and wouldn't have gotten it if I noticed the stevia. Luckily my husband is fine with that stuff, he's the one drinking it, so if he has no complaints, then there you go. I just think that information should have been on the box, on the nutritional information list.I can't report on whether or not this works to prevent or lessen migraines but he hasn't had one since he started to drink this. He's also been proactive such as trying to clear any sinuses with nasal sprays daily, getting a new set of mouth guards (to prevent the grinding, which often leads to his migraines), massaging his temples and areas on the head where it often hurts, etc - so all that stuff is probably helping the migraines stay away. I will keep reminding him to drink this daily and if I have any other updates on how this helped (or did not help) the migraines, I will come back and provide an update. So far his overall thoughts are that this is easy to drink, tastes good, doesn't take much effort, so it is worth a try.

I don't get...
...migraines.So I can't help you in judging the efficacy of this product for that purpose. What I can say is, I am a heavy user and big believer of the benefits of a good electrolyte drink like this one.For me, it's easy to get dehydrated which can lead to a whack-a-doo heart rate, fatigue, spacy-ness, and yes, a (non migraine) headache. This makes it easy:One stick pack into 16 ounces of water and you're good to go.I measured 16 ounces of bottled water and poured it into a resealable 20 ounce bottle.I poured one stick pack over that water, sealed the bottle and shook it briefly. This mixed well and stayed mixed.Because of all the different types of drinks I order and make from powder (Electrolyte, BCAA, Protein...) I am in the habit of giving things a little shake before each swig, but you pretty much don't have to.The flavor, for me, was a delightful lemon flavor.I felt the intensity of flavor and sweetness were well balanced using 16 ounces of water; on a scale of 10 (strongest flavor/sweetness) I find this to be about a 6.Nice product, I'll enjoy using it.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.
