My husband takes this as an extra meal at the end of his working day, he has an active job so it helps as a filler before his evening meal. It's one of the good ones as it's low in sugar. Cookies and Cream is the best flavour by far! The refill packs are also really convenient.

Huge bag, great value. Really pleasant tasting protein and helps with weight gain. You must exercise as well.

This is a good one and rate really good! To make it go further I ordered a big bag of Maltodextrin and use a scoop or two of that and couple scoops of this.
