TEEHO TE001 Keyless Entry Deadbolt with Keypad for Front Door, Bronze

Had to swap the strike plate for the one I already had due to misalignment between the lock and screw holes, but came out flawless. Solid lock, easy instructions, simple programming, and best of all NOT WIFI enabled. WiFi enabled locks suck. Had Schlage and the digital display, WiFi connection and connectivity were always a huge problem. Simple digital lock. For the price it’s unbeatable.

Absolutely love it and great for the price! Replacement for a different and older one I had which i lost the key for and so happy with my purchase. Love the bronze look. Sleek, sturdy and modern looking. Smooth locking and easy to set up with lots of extra features I didn't have before. The fit and look is so nice that it actually makes the door look new!

Ease of installation and the operation is smooth. Looks great and it matched the finish of the previous lock. Operates and installed with ease plus the price was very reasonable.

**UPDATE 10-03-2025** I ordered this same deadbolt in the "Satin Nickel" finish, but the finish that I received was a brushed CHROME. Still a practical, inexpensive deadbolt for the features it has. I like some the features (SC1 key compatible/rekeyable cylinder, anti-peeping user code entry, easy programming, backlit keypad). And some features I didn’t like: It was tricky to install. When the deadbolt is put onto the door, you HAVE TO push this teeny reset button while inserting the batteries or it will not properly hand itself to the door and you have to do a factory reset to start the process over. At least…that has been my experience. Also, the entire inside body is plastic. I know it will break eventually, it is just a matter of when. Overall, I like this deadbolt for its features and price point, but I can’t give it a “5 star” until I know how long it will function.

Pros: I really like how simple this keypad lock is to use. Installation was quick and didn’t require any special tools, which was a big plus. I love not having to worry about carrying keys around, and it’s especially convenient when the kids need to get inside. The auto-lock feature gives me peace of mind that the door won’t accidentally be left unlocked. The oil-rubbed bronze finish also looks nice and matches our door hardware well. Cons: The only downside is that it doesn’t connect to an app, so you can’t lock or unlock it from your phone or check the status when you’re away. The auto-lock can also take some getting used to because it will lock after the set time even if you’re coming in and out frequently. Overall, though, for the price, it’s a great basic keyless entry lock that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Received day after ordering and it was very easy to install. GREAT price. Great solution and not just a piece of plastic.

Steer clear

This dead bolt lock is super easy to install and program. It fits nicely into the existing hole on my main door and I am very happy with this new door lock. BTW, I installed it in Singapore.

Great lock, works awsome, very simple install, Programing at first was a little tricky but once you know how to do it its easy. The best part, I did phone their help line because I was stuck on a step to program and they actually had someone guide me through the process immediatly. That is quite shocking these days, lol I Highly recommend this product and company for their service. Thanks

I wouldn't call this a DIY installation, had a carpenter install it, once installed I love it. Can set auto lock after 3 seconds. Instructions whilst not hard to understand a bit hard to read as very small writing to all fit on one page. Installed for 2 months now with no issues.
