I've always bought an HP printer. The last two printers would always disconnect. I decided to go with Espon and couldn't be happier. Great print quality. An app to install on phone. Easy to install. Always prints when I need it to! I don't have to get the ink package. Love it.

If any of the color ink runs out the printer will stop working entirely, even if you only want to print in black and white. I'm looking into filing a class-action lawsuit over this. They shouldn't be able to disable the printer until you buy more ink that you don't want or need to use. I set the printer settings to print in black and white only, yet it (apparently) still uses color to print black and white pages. I only need it to print black and white (black text on white paper). When the color of one of the cartridges ran out, I got a message giving me the option to print in black ink only, yet even after choosing this option the page will still not print.DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY EPSON PRODUCT! THEY ARE A SCAM TO FORCE YOU TO BUY INK YOU DON'T WANT OR NEED TO USE!

I was always using HP Officejet and after constantly having to replace the ink cartridges which are pricey I had to give EPSON a try. I just couldn’t be happier. Quality of print is outstanding and it was so easy to set up the printer. I highly recommend it. ❤️

El producto llego bien, solo que no trajo cable usb, solo trajo el cable de alimentacion

The printer came on time and in good condition. The set up was easy and quick. The screen is smaller than I thought but still easily readable. Received a few days ago so I haven’t used it much yet. I will update if necessary.

I have been using an Epson printer. I ordered this one thinking it was the same. I am very disappointed that there is no paper tray and the paper is loaded at the top, sticking out so the paper can get dirty and pick up humidity. Also, not much paper can be loaded at one time..I feel that the printer was misrepresented because the picture does not show the paper loaded at the top and sticking out. out of the top. In fact is has a picture of paper at the bottom of the printer which I assumed was a paper tray but it is a tray to catch printed paper.I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Muy buen producto pero luego encontré mejor impresora por el mismo precio

Este tipo de impresora no es funcional, se agota rápidamente la tinta, lgre imprimir 82 hojas y la tinta negra se agotó, los cartuchos son muy escasos, y demasiado caros, no es compatible para otro tipo de cartuchos recargables debido a que deben tener un chip, el escaneo debes hacerlo hoja por hoja y es muy lento, francamente es una estafa. No es recomendable para para uso personal y mucho menos para un negocio.
