Destination Summer 11-Foot Round Solar LED Adjustable Cantilever Outdoor Patio Umbrella with Base and Cover, Mocha Brown (Mocha Brown)

Original delivery came faster than expected. Unfortunately, the box was damaged and the hardware was missing. It was after 5pm CST when we're discovered the problem. I emailed customer service not expecting to hear anything until the next day. Much to my surprise Maris replied within an hour. Before the night was over, I had a return label and instructions for returning the umbrella. Maris kept an eye on the return pickup and as soon as it was picked up the replacement was shipped and expedited. This time the box showed up in mint condition. My dad and I put it together fairly quick and easy. It really is a 2 person project simply because the umbrella piece is so big and a little awkward. I'm not sure 1 person could wrangle it into place. It's good quality fabric and the construction seems sturdy. We would definitely purchase again and recommend it to our friends.

The umbrella itself is fine. The problem is I live in the desert where we get heavy winds and since we put it up we really haven't been able to use it for fear it will topple over or the umbrella will be turned inside out. I recommend this whole heartedly for an area that is sheltered from these heavy winds. It's large and perfect. My displeasure with the purchase comes from my mistake in choosing the umbrella. Should have gone with a gazebo.

This umbrella was a great choice for us. We did fill the base with wet sand but it still needed further reinforcement. We also purchased an 85 pound weight and this seemed to do the trick. The only issue we had is that the cover is broken - we cannot pull a drawstring to tighten it around the umbrella. Otherwise, we are thrilled.

The umbrella was delivered with a broken part. There was extra packaging wrapped around this part and it was broken. Also the base cover doesn't snap into place very well at all. Overall it is an okay product. I should have spent a little more and purchased a better product.

Umbrella does not do well in wind. Needs to be down in anything more than light breeze. On calm days it is fantastic.

A few of the arms that hold up the umbrella have broken off at the hinge. The screw that holds this together is very flimsy. This is after opening and closing the umbrella less than 5 times. The rest of it looks nice but I don't have hope it will last very long.

Mine just arrived with no assembly instructions (although it's pretty intuitive) and no nuts and bolts for the cross bar/pole base assembly.

I have the umbrella for a about 13 months. Out of the 13 months we used it for 5 and it is already broken. After opening it it will not stay up. Slowly goes down. Seller refuses to help. Owning it for 13 months but using it for only 5, I think warranty should still be considered.
