When it says “6pack” does this mean 6 containers come with it or does it mean there are 6 packets in the one container for $5

Your would receive 1 Canister that contains 6 2-Quart packets. Amazon should remove the phrase "6 PK" because it is confusing to customers.

Why did the price almost double in 3 months?

12 times 6 equals 72 total packets. $56 divided by 72 is $0.77 (ish). Two packets per gallon. $1.56 per GALLON of final product? At 80 calories per GALLON? I’ll pay this all day long.

How do you think it would taste in unsweetened ice tea? Tried it?

I think it would taste delicious. I add mine to sugar free (not unsweetened) iced tea and it's very tasty.
