They’re the ultimate evolution of those little sugar cookies that come in those tins around the holiday. They have more sugar than a Nilla Wafer, but not too sweet, with the edges toasted for that caramelization. HOWEVER, Amazon packaged mine in a soft envelope, which doesnt travel well obviously...now its cookie dust. I still eat it, but if you were going to serve them for tea, or something, it wouldnt be acceptable. The first time they were in a box with a bunch of other stuff and still not really packed well, lots of damage then too...they seem to be missing the mark on how delicate these are

The regular tea biscuits are a good, basic little cookie. However, Gefen has not made a successful foray into the gluten free market. Simply put: these taste terrible and the texture is like gravel. Neither Amazon nor the seller will take them back. The manufacturer, Kayco (of which Gefen is a subsidiary) also refuses them. My recommendation: Don't waste your money.

My son loves these biscuits

The flavor is out of this world. To me, it tastes just like shortbread. Fantastic, addictive flavor and texture. Great for putting on my dairy free yogurt and make it like a pie crust. The missing star is because not a single cookie is whole. They are cracked in 2 or 3 pieces. Or more. Crumble easy when handled. And very thin and crispy. To be honest, I'm okay with this mostly because the flavor is sooo good. But if you need an entire pretty looking cookie for presentation or recipe, keep that in mind.

About 40-50% were broken in half. I used the tea biscuits for a recipe with heavy cream, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk mixture so it really didn’t matter since the biscuits were buried under all that dairy. However after all the liquid was absorbed by the biscuits which they were supposed to be, the texture was grainy… I suppose it is the ingredients that was responsible for it. The biscuits were used for gluten free recipe.

I don’t like these. The taste is supposed to be sort of easy but these taste more like cardboard. I will not get them again. They held up in shipping but not enough taste.

Dry, but it appears they are meant to be that way unless dipped in tea. Lighter (in weight and taste) than the old Social Tea brand tea/cracker/cookie. Works well to eat solo or with a tea party and/or at larger meals and events that serve tea. I haven’t tried them with coffee despite the name tea in the title; given I’m not a coffee drinker.

These Gluten Free Cookies are very tasty, unlike most Gluten Free I’ve tried, However I ordered 3 packages and all the cookies were Broken when I opened them. It’s hard to dip them in coffee or Tea if they are in little pieces! Very disappointed. Also one of the packages was open at the end!

Delicious taste, arrived with a few broken but that was fine as the taste is worth every crumb!

It cost me just over £14 for 3 packets of biscuits ALL of which were broken .. not one complete biscuit in the entire delivery .. this is terrible disappointment .. the biscuits themselves are nice enough .. a bit pale and quite sweet .. would have been good dunkers as they quite firm in consistency but not possible To enjoy as they all broken ! Very disappointing and definitely not worth the huge expense

They are so delicate and you can use them for everything. I use them into cool ice cream toppers but honestly alone they are to die for too. Just simple and perfect. PS: All those people reporting damage. Its true, but its not fair to give it one stars for that, give it 3 stars... People are extreme.

Unfortunately my 3 packs of biscuits were all broken once I opened them .I will buy again hoping they will be intact .

Very excited to try these as there are not many gluten free biscuits that taste nice , very disappointed when I opened them to see crumbs ,all 3 packs are broken, they did taste nice .£15 .00 is a lot of money for what you get .
