The mold certainly creates amazing cakes and the swirl line on top is deep enough to hold any liquid poured into it. If you're into freezing the ingredients to make the cake, you'll find this mold very tight to remove, but you'll get there eventually. Unlike other Silikomart molds this one never came with an actual storage box.

Great mould, very useful and it's easier to take the cake off the mould than it seems! My iced desserts have never looked so good.

Die Qualität der Form ist ohne Frage von guter Qualität. Wenn ich mir zudem die anderen Rezessionen und Kundenbilder anschaue, zweifle ich daran, ob das Misslingen meiner Kuchen nun an der Fehlkonstruktion der Backform oder meines fehlenden Talentes liegt. Obwohl ich schon dachte, ich wäre eine gute Bäckerin. Die Form ist nach unten abgerundet. Wenn ich den Kuchen (auch nach dem Abkühlen) raus holen will, muss ich logischerweise die Form "abziehen". Da der Kuchen ja nicht wesentlich kleiner als die Form ist, zerbreche ich ihn und ich hab keinen intakten Kuchen mehr. Ich hab es mit weniger Masse, anderen Rezepten und längerer Backzeit probiert. Leider mit dem selben Ergebnis. Da die Form nun benutzt ist, kann ich sie nicht mehr zurück schicken. Eine Kaufempfehlung kann ich aber leider nicht erteilen.
