She has found them easy to take with no taste and, so far, no undesirable side effects. It’s early days but she does believe her stamina and energy levels have increased somewhat since taken them regularly, she also believes her recovery times have been improving. My other half and I are keen cyclists and we are off to the Pyrenees to do some cycling. The mountains there are very long and it can take me over an hour to reach the top. You get 60 of the capsules and the recommended daily dosage is one so they should last you two months. This is an ending supplement which is quite unusual and you get a long expiry date of two years from the time of ordering. The print on the actual bottle is very difficult to read as it is very small and I ended up using the product page to help me. There is currently a voucher taking the price down to quite a reasonable price for this supplement. I like the mix of aminos B vitamins and botanicals in this supplement. I’ve forgotten that I have never used before but so far I have been very happy.

My partner has used these for just over a month now and is pretty pleased with them as definitely help with energy levels and he has supplemented with both fenugreek and gnko biloba for a while now so expected this on that front alone but pleased none the less. You only need one as day so for two months worth they are quite reasonable too so would recommend.
