So good, yet falls just short
So I love the headset, but it does have one decent letdown for me. This would be a 4 Star Review, but I made it a five for ease to be one of the first ones you see and a "before you buy." Starting with my negative opinion of the headset and following it with my likes. I will add, I got this on sale just under $100. I'd probably get something different for the full price. The Volume Level: With the headphones, I really like the quality of the sound I'm able to get, but falls short with it's limiting volume. We've all had other headsets, and these fall just under were they would ideally be to really tune in.The microphone: Good quality, but the mic is not interchangeable like the Rig headphones I've had in the past. I believe that's a feature any pro or new headset should accommodate to add to the lifespan of the product. The Stand: I like it, but you need to make adjustments to get the exact fit in it. Though it may not be troubling for me, I dislike having to shake them slightly to get them precisely onto the charging portion. The Stand itself does have a handy LED that blinks at you when they are docked properly.Bluetooth or lack there of: These do not have bluetooth functionality to natively pair to a device without it's USB. You will need a dongle adapter if you want to use it with a phone or something. The comfort: Honestly top tier, got some bulky glasses so certain headsets make gaming long durations uncomfortable, but these I practically don't feel the cups pressing on them. Strap also feels really nice and seem to have a decent flex for plastic.Sound Quality: Like it, definitely an upgrade from the Rig 400's I use to have. The volume max point I made still stands.Edit/Additional Information: So over time the bluetooth signal has been acting rather funky. At times I can leave my room and go down stairs only losing and gaining signal as I walk around, and at others I can turn away from my TV maybe 6 feet away and lose signal over and over.

Longlasting Power
I like that it lasts longer than my Razer Hammerhead Hyper Speed Wireless Earbuds I used to use for my PS5. The ear cups are very comfortable on my earsand the headset is so light making them practically unnoticeable during my long gaming sessions. Flip to mute the mic function is very useful and quick to execute. The headset is worth the price trust me.

RIG 800
My son loves this headset. Usually I buy him a different brand but he says this is the best one he's ever had. I even bought him a Sony for Christmas a few years ago and he likes this one the best. He plays on a PS5 and it connected easily great sound and he can talk or not depending on his mood. Arrived quickly without issues and will buy again for sure! Excellent purchase.

This is a NO GO..
This IS HORRIBLE... I bought for my Son and we tried everything to make it right.. The Microphone is beyond bad. It's horrendous. The echo from hearing yourself is almost unavoidable you've got to have the volume so low that the sound is dull.. For $99 there is absolutely no way I could recommend these. We had it charged put on the PlayStation 5 got everything set try to adjust everything we could and it was just bad. For the Same Price the Pulse 3D is way better.

Love it
Great quality and I really like the quick charge! My only issue is that my gaming partners tell me that my voice comes through very low in volume. Not sure how to fix that!

Great but fatal problem
I have selected refund processing. Because it has a fatal problem, I still choose to continue to use RIG 800HDadvantage:Comfortable to wear, the sound is even better than the RIG800HD old vision. There are special optimizations for voice. It's pretty great as a gaming headset.shortcoming:Like the RIG800 series, there is no dedicated driver and no surround sound (although Dolby spatial sound can be used, I still miss the Dolby surround sound of the RIG500HD)The base is used for charging, and there is a micro USB port and a USB port on the back to connect the signal receiver. Gorgeous but not practical. It's 2022, why still using micro USB not the Type-CThese shortcomings may be very numerous:I don't know if it's an isolated issue, mine has noise as long as it has power through. When I turn it on, I can clearly hear the current noise on the right side, also on the left side, but it is slightly less than the right side. Too bad it also makes noise when charging via micro USB when it powered off. So, this issue should have nothing to do with the platform.Due to the noise problem, I repeatedly plugged and unplugged the connection. There seems to be some issue with the driver of the base. It often automatically disconnects and then reconnects. (Suddenly freezes mid-game and loses sound source). I tried to uninstall the device and restart it, but the problem will still occur after a while, until I changed the USB port to connect it (changed to a USB hub, the previous one was directly connected to the computer alone, so it should not be an interference problem)

Sound quality is wonderful
Sound is great. Mic can be muted just by raising the boom. I would only suggest a mic sock as it is very sensitive
