Very impressed with this blower!
I bought this blower with two intentions. First and foremost we needed a blower for my son's 4H goats, and I couldn't imagine paying the price of a livestock blower dryer. I also have a golden retriever who loves to play outside. I bought this a couple weeks ago, and have used it a few times on the goats during fair week, as well as have used it a few times on the dog... and I've been thoroughly impressed with it! I appreciate the knob to control the blowing strength, especially when around the head and ears on the dog. When the knob is turned up half way you can hear the second motor kick in. I am impressed with how quickly I can blow off the water on the dog whether it was after a bath, or after he ran around the yard after the rain. I can't wait to use this in the winter after a round of the dog playing in the snow! The air does not get hot and the hose does not get hot. (It just blows air). The hose has a nice neoprene type grip handle at the end which is comfortable. It has overall been a great purchase and I would recommend it for small show livestock, dogs, etc.

Shernabo Dog Dryer, High Velocity Professional Dog Grooming
I have read many reviews of many different Pet Dryers, and this one was very highly rated with professional Pet Groomers, as a backup dryer. I have 4 English Goldendoodles, and wanted something that was#1 Safe, not too much heat and this only uses the heat from the motor, which is very minimal and mostly cool. #2 Reasonably Priced - much less that the top professional dryers. #3 Not a Cheap China Knockoff that has poor reviews, and if you find seven different named ones, all look alike with prices high and middle to entice you to buy their junk. Oh, and #4 I wanted a Pet Dryer from a company that sells replacement parts. Yes, Replacement Parts, because all of the AZ Pet Dryers do not sell replacement part, not even hoses which need to be replaced, if you use it any length of time. It seems that the China made thing are a once and done, and move to the next batch that looks completely different from the previous million and you are stuck with China Junk that you may end up buying another and, because it's cheap, made cheap, works like a cheap knock off, and in the long run was not as cheap as you thought it was, because you need to buy 2, 3, 4, more cheap, below grade, knock offs. Buy this one, they are made in US, and sell replacement parts, and work really well.

Overall, I like it. Great purchase, worth the upgrade.
This is great dryer! I will update my review after using it for a longer period to include durability, but so far I'm pleasantly surprised. I upgraded from a Metrovac Airforce 4.0hp for double coats and currently groom 3-5 dogs regularly - Rough and Smooth Collies, an Australian Shepherd, and occasionally a friend's male golden retriever. It has cut my drying time reasonably for all dogs.Pros:The variable speed is great. If you have a stand, you can use it as a sort of "fluffer" and finisher while it's stationary, or blast it at max to get undercoat blown out.It is VERY good for deshedding and fully drying the collies' ridiculously thick feathering and manes (we don't trim our collies, they have full length, show dog conditioned coats). It's less noisy than my Metrovac even at full speed and should make a great puppy dryer on low when introducing our next pup to the groom room.I like the "twist and lock" feature on the nozzles and hose. My Metrovac is just "push in" and I've had nozzles pop off and hit the dog when it's not handled carefully. These lock in place and can't be pulled off without twisting them to unlock. It looks pretty. Call me vain, I like nice looking tools.Cons:It is relatively large and heavy. I have decided to keep my Metrovac for travel and show because it's much lighter (single motor). The plug doesn't have a grounding pin, it has the regular two prongs only. I found this odd for a high powered appliance I will be using on wet dogs, but my outlet is on a different circuit from the main house and high up enough to not matter. The hose is shorter than expected, and the plastic collar around it came broken. It doesn't affect the function of the dryer, but I will purchase the extended hose. The hose is heavy and gets HOT. It has a neoprene section for you to hold, but my skin got a red mark where the bare hose rested for a minute against my forearm. If you're drying multiple dogs, get a heat sleeve for your hose arm.

Fantastic dryer with great power
I’m a professional mobile groomer and this is a fantastic alternative to the K9II. The attachments are plastic, so they are lightweight, unlike the other brand. This is extremely important to me after 25yrs of grooming. Highly Recommend!

Amazing results!
Really nice device. We have a german shepherd and we did not even know what a blow-out was until recently. I was brushing for an hour and still not getting all of the old fur out. This device gets it all out in about 5 minutes. The slow motor spin up helps a lot to not panic the dog the way a house vacuum does, noise-wise. Our dog is skittish of the vacuum, leaf blower, human hair dryer, but with this unit, it is much less, and once we have the air blowing on her, she doesn't move and I think she may even like it. I cup my other hand over an ear when doing her head or neck, and she seems fine with that too. Amazing how much fur this unit gets off of her! Her coat looks and feels beautiful after we're done. The unit is built well, feels sturdy, no flimsy buttons or controls, everything about it seems solid. The padded end of the hose is really nice for vibration and heat too.It is fairly expensive, more than I thought a dog blower might be (before researching) but after seeing it and using it, I am really glad I got it and will pay for itself quickly, compared to the groomer bill of a blow-out, plus all the time I was spending to brush her out for an hour each time, and the brush results still would not compare to the blow-out results!
