When my key fob quit working I popped it open and all the little round copper contacts fell out (a common problem with older fobs), so I called the dealership and they said they could get me a new one, program it and cut a new key, all for the amazingly low price of $249.00!I thought “screw that” bought this one for I think $12, popped both open took the circuit board out of the old one, put it and the old key into the new fob housing and “viola” - new key fob. Kept the new key and now I use it to open Amazon packages. Took less than five minutes to do, works perfectly and best of all saved me around $235.00! Suhweet!

I ordered these to replace my existing key fob. I read another review that said they just transferred the inside part (green circuit board) to new key and it worked! I didn’t have to program it. I would definitely purchase again and recommend. I bought it for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

My original fobs wore out so as replacements these were spot on. I just had an issue with one of the new fobs of it snapping closed all the way tight. I hope have resolved that problem now and they work like they came with the truck new!

I needed a replacement because the old remote broke. This is affordable & was easy to program.

My OEM key fob lasted a decade. This replacement key fob worked great for a year, then I started having to press it multiple times to lock or unlock my car. And today it no longer works at all on the doors. It is expensive to get these fobs programmed, so now I have to chuck that investment and buy another one elsewhere, which will hopefully last longer than this one.

We have a 13yr old Durango that is used very frequently by our new drivers in the house and one of the OEM fobs finally died. After taking it apart I found the buttons inside had all fallen off and no longer lined up with the circuit board. Fobs are expensive and my heart sank, so I hit the internet.Purchased this fob skeptically, given how inexpensive it was compared to others.Received it a day earlier than expected, very securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping and included a battery. Swapped circuit board and key from the old fob into new fob with little effort. It works perfectly! We will need to order another within a few months to replace the second fob and will definitely get this one if available!

I bought two of these in addition to "X AUTOHAUX M3N5WY783X Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob for Chrysler Town & Country for Dodge Grand Caravan 2008-2016 with Chip 7 Button Key Kit 433Mhz".The lock button is a bit sensitive and tends to go off when I pull my keys out of my pockets, but otherwise, works as described. Much cheaper than at getting a replacement at the dealership.

useless to me , did not state that it is just a empty shell. So not useable when to get it rekeyed and was told it would be 400.00 just to put the inside in it.
