Short-story: This product is +~251% the equivalent price of liquid egg whites, not including individual state tax.The pros:— no refrigeration needed, exceeds the 7-day shelf life of liquid albumin, tastes good, requires no cooking (although liquid is pasteurized wouldn’t risk it). Also supports their company.The cons:— expensive.Considering Publix’s 32oz liquid egg whites, essentially that’s what these crystals are: the carefully dehydrated leftovers of liquid albumin, is equivalent to 100 egg whites, this bottle has about 300 egg whites.

Honestly just purchase this on Amazon I've had so many problems with getting this product directly from the supplier an they keep messing up my order. Otherwise one of the best supplements in the game.
