Amazing
Received phone the next day. It is perfect. Like new but without the Apple box. Not a mark on it and battery is 94% capacity with no replaced screen or any problems at all. I’m thrilled and will definitely be using New Fone House again to purchase refurbished devices! Great price too. Amazing, cannot fault service or product received.

A new quality Iphone for a cheap price
Really impressed with the quality of the phone, its like brnad new! 100% battery and no marks or scratches anywhere on the screen or back. Very intuative operating system, just what you expext from an Iphone. Very good quality camera, maybe not quite up to the standard of the Pixel equivalent, but still very good and has worked in both bright and low light situations. Monster storage too which is great, without too much storage being used on the operating system. Would absolutley recommend this seller and the product.

intermittent cellular issues
Received a faulty device with intermittent cellular issues. The fault is internal and not visible from the outside, so it’s not something you can easily spot when buying. I returned the phone once and it was sent back as “no fault found,” but the issue came back shortly after. I’ve now returned it again and the seller still refuses to provide a refund. This has cost me time and money, and the seller is not honouring my legal rights. Be aware of the risk when buying — issues like this may not be obvious until after use.

Perfect condition but comes with poor quality charger which doesn’t charge the phone.
Phone came perfect. Battery health came at 100%. But I had problems with charging it at first. Turns out the charger they provided was of poor quality and it wouldn’t charge the phone properly. Otherwise the phone is perfect no scratches or dents anywhere.
