I love George Stella's new cookbook
I love George Stella's new cookbook. I've got several of his books and the recipes are easy and tasty. I follow the Low Carb/High Fat lifestyle and with his cookbooks I've lost 67 in the last year. I count whole carbs instead of net carbs and he makes it easy to do with that info on every recipe. I would recommend this cookbook and any of his cookbooks to everyone who wants delicious food and a healthy lifestyle!

Love it!
What a great cookbook! No weird ingredients, easy to make recipes, and tasty ideas. I've been eating low carb for awhile so I was looking for something to give me some new ideas. This definitely fits the bill.

Another Great George Cookbook!
Another great cookbook from George! I really love this one because all the recipes are quick. I will probably make most of the recipes because they all look and sound so good! Love that a lot of them have pictures too. If you are considering low carb this would be a great cookbook to start with, then I recommend getting all of his cookbooks. Thanks George!

Good recipes, no index
Loved his approach and recipes. Took one star off because there isn't an index, which would be helpful when looking for a recipe to use a specific main ingredient.

Hearty, delicious, easy recipes.
I've had this cookbook for a few months and I've made 10 different recipes or so. I've been pretty bad about cooking my own meals in the past, so I wanted to get a book to ease into it. This cookbook is absolutely perfect! I've loved 90% of what I've made (and I only disliked the chili rubbed chicken because it seemed to sacrifice flavor for heat), and all the recipes are super easy.I was worried that there would be 2 or 3 well advertised recipes that were easy, and the rest would be oversimplified or need weird obscure kitchen tools to do quickly. Nope! I've found everything I've cooked to be extremely easy, even as a relatively inexperienced home cook.Highly, highly recommended. All the dinners and lunches are real hearty food, not trying to force carb heavy headliners into a substitute heavy low carb version. There are also some breakfast and dessert options that could be alternatives to sugary versions, but even they don't need obscure ingredients and overall still feel very "real".

I love this book
I love this book! All the recipes are appealing, I just got the book and have made 4 recipes! Down to earth cooking and things most people already have in the kitchen. A good purchase.

Love this cookbook!
I have all of George Stella's cookbooks but this by far is my favorite! The recipes are easy to follow and taste fantastic. I highly recommend this cookbook even if you're not eating low-carb!

Easy and healthy recipes... not extreme and just makes sense!
So I can’t remember the last time I bought a cookbook and I’m so happy I bought this one! I’m in my 40s, I’m a teacher and a mother of three young boys and I finally said I need to stop eating the way I have been eating!!! I don’t follow diets and I’ve never had to worry too much but I was feeling lethargic and had gotten into the trap of eating more and more carbs and processed white flour & sugar than I ever had before. I love this book because it cuts that out but it does it in a delicious and sensible way. Wonderful pictures fast and easy recipes I’m able to make them in half an hour and even my picky eaters will eat the meals!!!

Ok book
Ok . Not all recipes have photos which is a shame . Would have been good if some the recipes had suggested a side dish to accompany the main dish
