I have been ordering these consistently since I discovered them. I don't really feel any noticeable drowsiness or 'drugged' effect as might be expected from a calming substance, but I notice that my anxiety or tension is reduced after taking them. This is probably a good thing, as this supplement does not interfere with my ability to work, concentrate, etc. I also find them useful for sleep. I have a sensitive stomach and many supplements bother my stomach, including other L-theanine products, but this one does not. I also enjoy the taste and texture of the gummies.

I don't know if these work at busting stress yet because I just chewed two of them and haven't given them time yet. But the taste is not so good. My kids definitely will not like them and I'm not sure I'll be able to talk myself into using them up.
