Nice Tool But With Limitations
This tool is great for adding details to a painting with pan pastels. However, if you are using a sanded paper or even PastelMat that is highly textured it chews through the foam heads on the applicators pretty quickly. I haven't found anything else that could replace this so I just consider it a cost of using Pan Pastels.

This particular sponge was recommended to ME by my professor but in my opinion these particular shaped tips rip and year way to easily. I reccomend the more oval shaped ones.
