I was having an issue with my cloud 2 mic cutting out randomly and decided to purchase a replacement just to eliminate the original as the problem. This replacement fit and worked perfect and had the same quality as the original, but I found out it didn't correct the issue I was having. Overall, this product is a good replacement option for those who need one.

Nothing like buying something that comes broken. You waste your time having to apply for a return, pack it back, go to the post office and ship it out.Tried it with my HyperX Cloud headset, it plugs right in no problem, but it doesn't work at all. Then I thought it was the headset, so tried it directly into computer, also doesn't work. Spent more than an hour on different computers trying to diagnose the problem and to confirm that this was broken when it arrived. Just to be sure, I tried other headsets and mics on the same computers and they all work flawlessly.If you buy this, hopefully you don't get unlucky.
