Rugged Pole Saw
I previously owned a pole saw that had two fiberglass extension poles that would bend while cutting from the weight of the saw head. This Kimo has two heavy gauge aluminum telescoping extension poles that are sturdy and don’t bend. And the extensions hold firmly in place with the lever locks. I also like that I can adjust the angle of the saw head. Not all pole saws have this feature. I’m pleased with this purchase.

cordless and just as powerful a
I bought this cordless pole saw because it is more convenient to use than the electric pole saw I have.I have two tall palmetto trees that over hang my house roof and I have to get to the roof in order totrim them. The next day I got the saw I did exactly that. I did not have to drag an extension cord with me either.The saw performed very well and I could reach all the parts of the tree on my side with the telescoping tubefully extended. This saw is powerful and the shoulder strap comes in handy and I love all the features thatit has.

It works great!
What a great and light weight pole saw. Goes together in a snap from the box. Battery arrived with a full charge, put in the bar oil and away we go! I recommend you watch the video! Shortened the pole length to finish the removed branch into manageable pieces and had no problems...and it was all done w/o a noisy two stroke engine!

It’s great for battery operated pole saw
Battery life? Only used it twice however made 40 to 50 cuts on 1 inch to 2 inch down to half - so ok - So here’s the deal - I have a small yard and 2 50’ maple trees - I have been cutting them down about 15’ off the top for about 10 years, have solar so I have to keep them down to 35’ ish - it’s not about me saving a few hundred dollars in electricity- it’s about the global warming thing - trees are important and so is the solar- So used to use a hand saw took days - then an electric pole saw plug in - pain in the ass to climb the tree with a cord - Today I only spend about 6 hours cutting with this gem - not as powerful as my plug in however it did the Job - I suppose if I was not 62 I would not care about the cord - but climbing up without was a win!

Great cordless tree saw
If you’re looking for a telescoping cordless saw blade you should consider this Kimo as a option. Super easy to put together- all you need to do is charge battery and add oil for the chain. They have use Oregon blade and chain. In my mind Oregon produce high quality bars and chains. This cordless saw works great and cuts right though the branches. Battery will work in other Kimo products. I give this product my thumbs up approval. You won’t be disappointed.
