It foams less than regular toothpaste because there is no SLS, which I prefer. After brushing, my mouth feels clean without that burning mint sting.The n-Ha formula is the main reason I bought it. My teeth feel smoother, and sensitivity to cold drinks has reduced with regular use. I use a pea-sized amount on a dry brush, spit, and skip the rinse so it can sit on the teeth a bit longer.No fluoride, parabens, or artificial colours. Texture is smooth, not gritty. A bit pricey compared with drugstore paste, but worth it if you want a cleaner formula that still feels effective.
