Received sifter but no duster enclosed how can I get one

Maybe ask amazon.Amazon.. mine came with one..

all my sifters get rusty, does this sifter rust

I always had issues with rusty sifters too. That's why I bought this one because it is stainless steel (except for the mesh). I haven't had this sifter very long and have only used it twice...no problems so far, but it may be too soon to tell. The only complaint I have with this sifter is that I wish the wire loop agitator got a little closer to the mesh than it does. Oh well, that's not a huge issue...not like rusting!

How many rotating wires are on the sifting wheel?

There are 4 rotating wires which are quite strong. I love mine!
