40 odd pages in my opinion don't make a BOOK.Some good info but falls short of covering sufficient info that is really required by people wanting to know enough to be able to get a handle on VRF technology and products. Not speak like an expert but sound knowledgeable if you get my drift. As it is discipline specific, I don't see cooks and accountants wanting to buy this booklet.
