Works quickly and tastes great!
This product tastes really good, just a hint of pineapple. It's works quickly and does in fact add a sense of calm. I've had a head injury and this product really helps.

They don’t help much.
I didn’t think they did anything. I even tried two of them in a drink, but will be sticking with powder from now on.

sorry, we have both tried it and can't tell it does anything, tastes good
We have both tried this. The taste is fine. Sorry to say, neither one of us noticed that it did anything. We have both tried it more than once. Maybe it will work for you, just not for us.
