Powerful little box
Sound quality is nothing less than BOSE quality. Beautiful deep base. Volume will fill an apartment. Big sound in a tiny box. Battery life is amazing. Lasts 8 hours on a continuous play. Flawless Bluetooth connectivity. ONCE AGAIN, GOOD JOB, BOSE!!!!

Charging ports don't last
My second Bose speaker. The sound is great but the charging port is crap. Just replaced a speaker that I had for two years with a new one because the port was "unfixable". Now, 3 months in, same thing is happening to the new speaker. Have tried a new cord, new cube, air cleaned the port, and nothing. Frustrated.

Connection and app issues
The Bose connect app is utterly useless. Won't connect to the device. Also, Bose costomer service is slow, laggy and unhelpful. The speaker sounds great but took a while to connect to bluetooth via android phone. Had to do resets and restarts. Not a seamless set up. I'll probably go with a different maker like JBL next time to avoid app and connectivity headaches.

Poor quality, no directions and won’t hold a charge!
I ordered the Bose SoundLink a few days ago. When the package arrived, there were no directions or a power cord to charge it. I called and Amazon sent a new one the next day. The new one arrived. There was a power cable and no directions. I did get ahold of a power cable and charged it for 5 hours. I got ready to use it and the SoundLink announced to me the battery is low. The replacement had no directions, and wouldn’t hold a charge. I already have one Bose SoundLink that purchased a few years ago. No problems whatsoever. I shouldn’t haven’t given a 1 star. I was inconvenienced by having to return both of items within a three day period!
