Honey-Can-Do Heavy Duty Quad Rolling Laundry Sorter Hamper, Chrome/White

I spent an entire day's worth of research on Amazon trying to find the best laundry cart available. After reading hundreds of reviews for dozens of products, I finally settled on this one. I LOVE this cart. It was SO EASY to put together (and that means a lot coming from me, as I have severe joint pain throughout my entire body, especially my lower back - hence the reason for wanting the cart so I do not need to kill my back sorting laundry). It is very sturdy. The bags look and feel very durable - they are made out of a thick and strong (yet flexible) canvas material. The handles are well made and slide easily on the bars from which they hang. The bags are also large enough to hold more than a "super" sized load in my large, top-loader washing machine. The wheels are sturdy. The chrome metal is of a decent quality and it looks nice and clean. I also LOVE the look of this laundry cart - chrome metal, crisp white bags and black rubber coating on the edges of the handles - it is a nice, simple, clean and minimalistic look.BUT - Upon opening the box and examining the bags, I noticed that, while some seams were sewn nice and tight and secure, others were not. And, with regard to one seam in particular, it was unraveled quite a bit. These seams are essential to the functioning of the bad, as they create a "loop" in the fabric, which wraps around the handles from which the bags hang. If the seam comes undone, the bag would fall off of the handle and would thus be useless.The seam thing wasn't a big deal for me because I assumed that I would be able to contact the company - an AMERICAN company - explain the situation, and that they would send me a new bag. NOT SO. I tried calling the number listed on Amazon as the company's phone number. That was not the correct number. Then, I found a number on the product instructions. I called that number - no one ever answers! I get a voicemail from someone that says they are unavailable and to leave a message. BUT THE MAILBOX IS FULL. So, then, I went on the company's website and found a "Replacement Parts Request" form for customers to fill out. I filled out the form. That was on Sunday, October 11. It is now Friday, October 16, and I haven't heard a peep. Not an email, not a phone call, NOTHING. I know it hasn't even been a week yet, but, come on. This company sells a lot of products. It's not some unidentifiable company from God knows where.I normally do not give bad reviews. I typically go out of my way to give good reviews, but here, I am extremely disappointed in customer service. I want a new bag that is not falling apart. The company is unreachable and does not respond to customers' requests for replacement parts. For these reasons, I am giving one star.If the company ends up fixing the problem, I will update my review.

Bought this about 13 months ago. The frame seems really sturdy and I’ve been quite pleased. However, one of the bags ripped along the seam about one year in. We reached out to the manufacturer to see if they could provide replacement bags. Despite still selling the product (presumably with all 4 bags), the manufacturer could not provide replacement bags. For what you pay for this product, the notion that you cannot get replacement bags and would thus have to buy the entire assembly is absurd. Save yourself $50 and buy a cheaper knock-off. You may end up having to replace a less sturdy frame, but clearly buying this expensive model does not guarantee longevity of use.

This is actually the fourth laundry sorter that I've purchased on Amazon. This one was purchased more than three years ago (6-25-2017) and I have not had any issues with it. I will purchase this brand from now on. The last sorter had to repeatedly be retightened but not this one. The bags also seem sturdy as well. I am super pleased with this hamper/sorter and will buy it again should anything go wrong with it. If I had to nit-pick, my only complaint is that I wish it was taller and less depth as I keep it in the hallway and it jets out quite a bit. I saw the dimensions before purchasing and decided that I'd rather have less space than to keep purchasing laundry sorters over and over.

Okay so I’ve had this for less than 8hrs but omg I LOVE it! Very easy to put together and seems extremely sturdy. The bags are a heavier material than I anticipated, which makes me happy bc were a family of 4 and definitely need the extra weight allowance. Loving that it’s on wheels and that they have locks so it won’t roll around unless I direct it. I’ll keep you posted how it holds up but if you’re wavering on this one at all - don’t! Grab it especially when it’s on sale because it’s worth it!

This Rolling Laundry Sorter Hamper is perfect! It came when promised, all items included were separately packaged. Easy to put together all screws & bolts fit perfectly. The instructions were via a expanded diagram, which wasn't to hard to follow. The chrome frame is sturdy. Individual storage bags are well made with rolled seams each bag measures 12" inches wide & holds an average sized load. The bag handles slide smoothly on the chrome rails. The bottom of the bags are supported nicely with a very sturdy chrome rack. I recommend this item & would purchase again!

I have an open storage space in my bathroom and this laundry cart fits perfectly. Our clothes get sorted by color before going into a laundry bag and I can see at a glance if I need to do a load. Previously I just had baskets where everything got dumped so I had to sort and do all the laundry at one time which meant I had to devote a day to doing laundry.This was very easy to assemble. I did it myself in just a few minutes. I gave sturdiness and durability 4 stars as I haven't had this for very long so I can't vouch for how well it will hold up.

Exactly what I needed to fit under counter in laundry room. It’s really nice and seems like great quality. Love the 4 compartments! Had a 3 bag one before and decided the 4 would be awesome to have a place for towels. Helps keep laundry organized and makes doing laundry easier.

I looked everywhere for a laundry sorter this big. So glad I found it on amazon.ca. It was significantly cheaper than other online retailers and shipped really quickly (even though I picked the free shipping option). My first Amazon purchase and i'm impressed! Good solid product, easy to put together, rolls really easily, lots of room for four sorting bags. Not quite as heavy duty as I would have thought, but solid enough. Overall, I think this was a good buy. So glad I bought it here!

Assembles easy and appears sturdy but lacks the heft a lot of people might like to feel in a product like this. Still very lightweight with hollow metal rods. Casters are decent quality but not the highest quality. We don't wheel ours anywhere so I can't attest to that. The bags are a good size and creates a decent load of laundry when full (personal washer). The bag hooks are the heftiest part and the hooks from one bag likely weigh more than the rest of the assembly completed (minus the other hooks obviously). The bags are of average quality I was expecting more of a canvas like mail bag but they are a bit lighter.

Lieferung prompt. Einfacher Zusammenbau, auch ohne Anleitung problemlos machbar.Im Gebrauch eigentlich sehr praktisch. Eigentlich deshalb, weil wir meist 30 Grad Wäschehaben und dieses Fach immer sehr voll ist. Andererseits, wäre eines der Fächer größer,dann wär's vermutlich auch nicht besser. Waschen muß man ja auch irgend wann mal.Und, last but not least, die Lösung sieht auch noch viel besser aus, als das was vorher war.

Makes organizing the laundry easy, wheels are sturdy and our kids have no problem reaching the bottom when transfering their clothes to the washing machine. I've purchased other laundry sorters and this one is the best one in my opinion.

I love it because I can organize my laundry the way I want it. Got rid of all my other hampers
