All vitamins and minerals in one pack.
Value for money, instead of spending huge amounts on other protein supplement. Vanilla flavor is very good. No side effects after consuming the required amount. It mixes well with both water and milk. One of the best authentic products from Abbott Lab's for better immunity.

Pretty good
It was pretty good among other protein powders for elders this was bit different..the taste is actually pretty good but it also tasted a bit too salty ...sugar content is ok but I dont think this would be good if u have diabetes. Totally good but pricey.
