I loved this faucet when we first got it. But it only lasted about a year then it started leaking.

I love the look of this and it was easy to install (and my husband says he likes it better than the new one we got at Lowes) but unfortunately it broke within just 3 weeks. However they gave me a full refund and were wonderful about handling everything. So I have to say I would recommend purchasing from them because it won’t be an issue if you have an issue.

Unit has been installed for a week - without base plate. Getting faucet securely mounted can be difficult without an assistant holding unit above. So far no leaks reported and functionality has been exactly as expected.A few things to keep in mind:1. Instructions Included: Instructions were graphical but VERY, VERY generic - to the point that various "styles" of faucet are shown, EXCEPT for this exact style - that said, the installation was pretty much straight forward.2. Addition materials may be required: Faucet does not include teflon plumbers thread tape, which is surprising. The cost to purchase is very minimal (less than $1) and most homeowners likely have some around, but this is a first I've not been given (at least) a small amount with a plumbing fixture.3. Check Connections: Faucet uses standard female 1/4" compression screw connections to attach to home water supply. NO WHERE is the sizing listed and note that more and more recent construction homes use water supply knobs that already have hose pre-attached. These hoses have female connectors (commonly 1/2"). This will result in a mismatch in sizing and connection types (female to female) SEE PHOTO. The solution is a male to male 1/2" to 1/4 compression adapter. My local HD had a 2 pack for $12 (SEE PHOTO). If you have water supply lines with hoses pre-attached the you WILL HAVE TO buy these adapters.4. Concerning Design: Other reviews mention leaks developing on spray-hose steel braided line. I've had no such leaks but have noticed wear occurring from the hose rubbing against the spring mechanism. My solution was to add a bit of electrical tape. It's not the prettiest solution but appears to work. (SEE PHOTO).

Initial inspection out of the box proved positive. Extremely nice fit & finish. Came well packed in styrofoam. WARNING: little styrofoam bits get into the faucet base, You will not see them, so flush it out really good with your kitchen sprayer. If your styrofoam is broken, then use your vacuum prior to removal. All part's were in the box including the teflon tape. The instruction book was a picture type & wordage & easily understood. If Your looking to buy one of these, a major concern is the length of reach of the pot filler. This model {measured from the middle of the faucet tower, to the spout} is 7.5 inches. The total pot filler length measured the same way is 9 inches to the very end. Another consideration is the placement of the sprayer, which will sit aprox 5 inches from the top of the sink for easy use within it's holder. I was leaning toward Votamuta's 27 inch model with the high mount sprayer because the pot filler is longer, AND the spout is angled outward which is a big plus....however, the high mounted sprayer turned me off, as you'd constantly be reaching up & unmounting it , then pulling it down for use, however, that spout is a winner. Consider this......common sense would tell you that if you keep pulling on that hose, it's gonna eventually leak....if this is your forte, consider a "Pull Out " model, where there is no stress on the hose. I will not mount this for a little while, so I can't speak to that big main issue , LEAK's !!!!! I rate this a 5 star on fit, finish & overall quality. If I discover any problem in either mounting or function, I will update both this review & the rating, If No update.....then this unit is a winner !!!

Valve was stiff and felt cheap, maybe I got a dud but wasn't risking it

for price i paid, and for the features it has, it performs and looks awsome. that said, it was hard to get the fittings to screw in inside the bottom. (they send u two hoses, hot and cold, that have a small rubber grommet, that needs to screw inside the base, which is about 1.5 inches wide and deep and all u really have to turn it is grabbing the braided/rubber hose to turn by HAND) - its hard to explain, but i was for sure it would leak so i used needle nose pliers etc, to tighten it up (again there is literally no room to put a wrench to the fitting to screw it in - its mostly done by hand). but so far its seems to hold, even though i know they are not tight. maybe a disaster in the future? that is only reason its not a 5 star product

Purchased JULY 11TH, received it on JULY 13TH, sprayer stopped spraying AUGUST 31ST. Thought I had a life time warranty, but it's only 5 years. I have spent 4.75 hours trying to do what AMAZON keeps telling me to do. There is no way to contact LOBAN (who ever that is) . They don't have a phone#,web site or address. Votamuta as far as I can tell just pulled the wool over my eyes, I STARTED out looking at a( CHROME VOTAMUTA COMMERCIAL STYLE SINGLE HANDLE KITCHEN FAUCET with a life time warranty , then decided on the exact same faucet but in brushed Nichole (which is more money than the chrome version) and I just found out it also has a different warranty 5 years instead of lifetime. As of right now I have no idea who,how or where to get this fixed. I hope sooner rather than later AMAZON makes it very easy to find and contact there sellers especially when it is fulfilled by AMAZON..****UPDATE -They say I will be getting a new sprayer but still no word about the disappearing lifetime warranty. If they do the ethical thing I will bump rating to 4-5 stars UPDATE 1-1-2018 Now the flexible hose on top of the faucet has come completely off I hope they do the ethical thing and if they do I will edit my review back up. We like the faucet but I would like it a bunch better if it would stop breaking and leaving me without a kitchen faucet.
