Disappointed
I received the package a few days sooner than expected, which I deeply appreciate. However, once I open the package and began the installation, I was highly disappointed. There are several issues with this system. Here are some of the issues that I had to deal with:1) The replacement stud is machined down too far. It freely rotates in location. In fact, the free rotation causes major issue for tighten the OXA on it. It took me more than 25 min to get the OXA installed. I2) The inner dimeter of the OXA and outer diameter of supplied stud are almost the same size which make it very hard to place the OXA on the stud. This installation should take 5 sec, but in took more than 15 min to tapped the OXA system into pace without damaging the parts.3) While all the parts are nicely rapped in plastic bags, once they are opened, you may notice there are a lot debris or dust mixed with oil that covers the parts. All the parts had to be brushed clean by W-40 and oiled before they can be used. .4) Once the QTC is completely installed it hard to keep it in place during turning operation due to the lose stud in item 1.Overall, I am highly disappointed in this product. I could have gotten a few studs (for less than $5) and turn them myself to make replace stud and use other Quick Tool Change that are 1/3 of price of this product. I should have stopped installing the system once I noticed that stud was lose in its place. I don’t recommend this system.More notes:I called the seller, the customer service guy was not helpful, he recommended to put electic tape on stud to prevent it from rotating. Can you imagine the how unprofessional this recommendation was. He was short tempered and got upset that I am asking for refund. He mention he has given that advice to gandered of people and everyone is stratified. Therefore, he refusesed to issue refund code until I go and try that because I don’t know any better. Thanks to Amazon, I got my refund code via Amazon. However I decided to do a trick I know from my past experiences with preventing shaft rotation by introducing one or two keys between shaft and the sleeve. I have added some pictures for future user that may need help with this item. I used 1/16 music wire is key stock to key the stuff from rotating free. Used an under size drill to put two holes in opposite sides of stud, and force two 1/4” long music wire into those two holes. That fixed the rotation problem.

Exact fit for the Grizzly
Finally I got the correct stud for the quick change post. But it does not come with a plate to lock the post into the carriage. I made a plate and all is good now.

Not direct fit on Grizzly G0769
I’ll used on Grizzly G0769 lathe / mill combo. Had to mill down the compound center height slightly and add a spacer under the quick change tool post but otherwise works well.

Won't work out of the box
As a quick change tool holder it is great, as a quick change tool holder specifically for the Grizzly G0768 it requires a bit of work. The special bolt is too long and is a slip fit where the original is a press fit. The special spacer is too thin and too large. I had to add an additional spacer so the tool post would tighten and the fit is such the spacer can prevent the tool holder from centering on the work piece.
