The media could not be loaded. I've been wanting to buy it for several years, but I didn't know what to buy. Usually, I wanted to buy a normal air conditioner directly. But normal air conditioner has ventilation problem. You need to ventilate through the window or door. Also, water is flowing through this vent. So it is quite problematic and difficult. (I'm talking about the portable air conditioner)I've been researching ice coolers for a long time. I've talked to and tested many people. Such a machine can cool the living room very well.Summer days are coming soon and I bought one right away before these items became too expensive. It looks perfect and high quality. I immediately got it up and running and spent time with the product.A much better product than I expected. There are special freezers and spare freezers for you to freeze inside. You can run 24 hours by constantly renewing the freezers. There are quite a few and enough freezers. You can use another freezer if you want. But I would not recommend using regular ice. When the ice melts, it will damage the machine.It can cool a large hall. I ran it for an average of 30 minutes. It lowered the room temperature by 7-8 degrees. But in summer this will be halved. In other words, it can drop 4-5 degrees in a 45-minute working process. That's a great number for England! (15 square meters living room)The wheels are fixable and of good quality. It can last for many years. You can move its wheels even in harsh conditions. This is a useful thing.It looks stylish and rich in design. It would be much better if there were other colors. Especially in my living room, black would be great! :)In short, I like the product. The price is good, the quality is amazing and it's absolutely chilling!

It does not lower the temperature in the room - even when we use cold water and ice in the water compartment. I left it on for 2-3 hours with 2 separate sets of the ice bottles that came with it and cold water, each time. Honestly, the air coming out of it didn't feel cool at all. I could very well have placed a tub of ice in front of a pedestal fan and expected that to bring the temperature down instead.Pros:Looks good.Blows air.The buttons and the swing work well.The wheels didn't squeak.Cons:Doesn't produce cool air.Verdict:Do not recommend. Will not buy again.Rating: 1/10

This device is fantastic, light easy to use and is doing a good job of keeping us cool! My only issue with this thing is the led display…it’s insanely bright! We use this mainly to help us get to sleep and keep the room cool but the entire room is lit up with this led! We’ve proceeded to put a towel over the front which helps but then does seem to cause issues with using the remote! Still would definitely recommend buying as it’s incredibly good at what it does, just a shame you can’t turn the led light off!

I bought this item May 2022 for my small computer room upstairs that does get quite warm in the summer (25-30c) The ice blocks provided do need to be replaced very often as they don't last long (20 mins or so) I suggest some Extra blocks from your local £1 shop would help however this item has never reduced the temperature in that room by much (2-3c at best) The breeze is ok but not that cold. A £30 fan would do a similar job circulating the air in that room. The water in the tank will need to be replaced every 2-3 days or it will start to smell stale and a thorough clean (Filter, Water tank, Pipes etc) Should be done every week. The remote control & Timer functions work well. I have just removed it from dry storage (June 2023) And after a thorough clean is working as it should. I did not pay anywhere near the current asking price for this. Would I buy again ?. No.

I bought this aircooler for my sitting area and i am very impressed with the quality. It came with good secure packaging and with all instructions.Instructions were super easy to follow. Very fast cooling so ideal for summers.It has 5L tank capacity that is more enough to cool my whole sitting area. It has wheels so easily portable anywhere. Light in weight and has timer function which will turn off automatically.It is powered by UK plug so no hassle to find any extra adopter. The great thing it has LED display where i can find all the running settings and modes so i can set them according to my needs.Overall i am happy with my purchase. Delivery was very quick as expected.

I am sending you this to confirm what the problem with our purchase was.The delivery was its consistent excellence.There was no need to open it at first as the weather was cool and I needed my partner here to help as I am disabled.Eventually Friday night the 8th took it out, read the instructions and made a decision to use it next day especially as the weather was hotting up.We done everything guided by instructions but it was making a terrible loud noise.We spent hours checking, looking at previous customers videos, You Tube, instructions again until Carrie my fiance spotted a crack inside the louvres to the top up near the left.Your see the crack and the noise level which I think explains why it wouldn't work.Saying that I have never had to return anything before and was dreading the outcome.I was really impressed with customer service department, who made it sound all easy and gave me peace of mind.It is just unfortunate and has by know means put me off ordering products again.So much so I have ordered another one which I will receive tomorrow.

First off the product out the box is superb, easy to set up and get up and running. My issue came generally from the instructions. The manual instructs to open the back to check the wet curtain is seated properly and this is not necessary at all.The second issue is that the cleaning and draining instructions could have been clear. The best way to clean is to unplug the stop at the base of the product and pour fresh water in from the top. Due to a mishap on my side I ended up blowing out the motor.
