CooperVision Preservative Free Saline 360ml

Been using this saline now for a year with my RGP lenses. The saline seems to wash off the cleaner from the lenses after I take it out the case pretty well but I feel like it’s not the most lubricant liquid out there. Around 10 minutes after inserting my lenses my eye already feels dry and I feel like that’s due to the saline. I will try to find a lubricant to use along side of the saline but that’s another purchase I’ll have to start making along side of the cleaner, a new case every month etc 🤑

I found I was still getting a bit of discomfort even with this solution. I get allergies in my eyes every year and sometimes the lenses are too scratchy to put in. Even with this solution. It’s pretty big, so if you want to travel, consider getting a smaller bottle. Otherwise, good value for money.

Eyes

Only use this as fill for mini scleral lenses. Do not use preserved saline, that's only for rinsing and cleaning lenses. You will see and feel the difference.

Works as expected.It does neutralise peroxide solution if you need to wear your lens before the lens case can neutralise them.Looking to buy more very soon.

I bought this for my husband for his usual contact lens solution. Unfortunately, he ended up with a bloodshot eye. Over the next few days that cleared up but his other eye ended up the same way. We thought he might need to replace the storage container for his contacts, but the issue persisted.I had a hunch there was something wrong with the solution and ended up trying another product from a local supermarket and the bloodshot eyes went away. He went back to using the original solution in one eye and the newer one in the other and lo and behold, one bloodshot eye with the original product.I'll avoid this product from now on

Great value for money

This is great for me as I have to have everything preservative free for my eyes. Never had any problems with this product.
