First...I bought this for a friend who just moved into her first apartment and this fit nicely in her microwave. Works fine and even her cooking veggies was great.Second...got to be honest here. Suspected that my order met the five fingered lift because it showed it was delivered by USPS, but I didn't receive it. I contacted customer service (even tho it was all via email) and requested a refund, which was done.Then, my order was found (another long story, but the mail guy I supposed got chewed out). To be fair, I said that I would rather pay for the order, but CS says it's okay and let me keep it.I know, CS via email isn't always cool, but the seller was prompt and professional. And I thank you :)

How in the heck can you use something without instructions. Found "some" instructions on the web but are the correct ones?

I unfortunately I did not receive this due to delivery problem. The seller issued an immediate refund plus shipping. I have used this item as my sister owns one. I loved it. I shall be ordering another! You cannot go wrong! Thank you!!

A cheap easily destructible plastic bowl should not be shipped in a flexible envelope with thin bubble wrap. Arrived totally cracked and unusable. It’s more trouble to return it than it’s worth.

Would have been nice of instructions came with the microwavable Bowl it doesn't let you know how many cups of rice it can make or how much you should make that's the only complaint I have

Took a lot longer to get. Not a day or week but a month. Needed it to make rice for one or two. There are no directions just an empty pot.Old need some guidance
