1st Class Customer Service
I bought this webcam and it worked perfectly for 6 months but then suddenly stopped working.I contacted Angetube directly via their messaging service, explained the problem.I was sent a brand new Webcam and received it within a couple of days.I am very happy with the professional customer service I received..

nice pic but uses electronic zoom have used on zoom & google meet the zoom works but you cannot zoom in normal camera operations

It works from the box on Macs
Having always used an iMac before, i had a Mac Studio and needed the webcam. has a light on the front for low light conditions and to remove shadow, the microphone seems to work all the time, so i can take phone calls on the computer as well and the little remote can zoom in out and move the camera as well. In essence i plugged it in and it works which is what i want.

Great camera
I live this camera, it's literally plug n play, very easy to use, remote control is brilliant, being able to adjust the zoom from a distance is exactly what I wanted.

Stopped working after a few days...
I was looking forward to getting to use this but unfortunately it stopped working already. Not that it worked right from the start, the move function didn't work at all from the very beginning so that's a shame but I was willing to overlook that because the picture was really good, but sadly it just wasn't to be...

I can't contact the seller to report a problem or get any help!
Good camera only the zoom does not work - sometimes I have to reboot my whole system, but now this has stopped working and I have no zoom function. Only writing this in the reviews as I have been trying since May to contact the seller but there is no way to do this that i can find. I hope someone from angetube will contact me now through here.
