A good product for eggs and poached eggs
The product is fine for 2 weeks but it suddenly started leaking water. And I have raised a request and Bosch technical team has replaced a part with ontime communication and now the product is back to working condition. Thank you team and the product is good for even boiling sweet corn, sweet potato apart from eggs.

Leaks Water
I had asked for replacment since the eggs were coming soft boiled, the replaced item too was leaking. So I mailed Borosil customer care about it ([email protected]). They responded within a day and their engineer visited home next day. Fixed the leakage free of cost. This was really very professional warrenty support that too at home. I am quite impressed. Now it makes eggs hard boiled and there's no leakage. ๐
