I won't lie I used these for over two months and didn't think they worked at all. They did give me a little more energy in the sex life department but I didn't notice mood or overall energy.Yet I missed a week and you notice they are indeed doing something positive. I'm back on them now and they are part of my daily life.These are great and for the amount you get for the price is simply amazing

I tried introducing maca root to my diet previously in a powder form. I tried adding itto smoothies and stuff but found that I couldn’t get on with the flavour, so I thought these capsules might be a good alternative.These come in a big tub but are a years supply, when ingesting 1 capsule a day. I’m definitely finding it better taking the capsules than trying to eat the raw powder.These are vegan friendly and although look a little large, I found them easy to swallow. I’ve been taking these for over a week. I’ve had no issues but I can’t say if there are any benefits either.
