Switched over from another brand because 1 gel cap has the same MGs as 2 of the previous brand i was using. So far everything is working fine, will update after taking for 2 weeks to see if the results are the same.

I chose these pills as an alternative because my normal brand was out of stock. After a week or so, I notice feelings of fullness and a dull pain. I take 2 a day. I decided to stop taking them for a few days and the pain was gone! Just to be sure, I took just one pill and the discomfort returned. I will be stopping use of these immediately. Given the reviews, it may have just been the batch I received, but I’m not taking any further chances.

I'm so glad I tried this! I had previously been taking the chlorophyll drops from another brand and came across this supplement. I've noticed an overall improvement in my skin and digestion. I'll definitely continue using this in my regimen.
