My wife and I purchased this spa last October and have been using it since mid November. We are both very pleased with it so far. It has more than enough room for a couple and reasonable space for 3. It you are taller than 6 ft you may have issues using the lounger though. I'm 6'4" and my knees or my feet will be sticking out of the water a few inches if I lay in the lounger.The shipping was not the best, it arrived with cracks in the paneling on a couple of corners, but that is not an issue with the manufacturer, but rather the seller/shipper. One other issue we had(not sure who is to blame for this one) is that there was a large spray paint discoloration on the front panel of the spa. Both of these issues were fixed by the seller sending replacement panels so no biggy, just some time and frustration.The jets have very good strength, the heater and circulation work great, and it is comfortable to sit in. Best of all, this spa is much much cheaper than getting a spa installed by a local pool & spa company, almost 5k cheaper by our estimates.If it's still working great in another year or two I'll upgrade it to a 5 star review.EDIT:This unit recently had a small hiccup. It was displaying an error code not listed in the guide, "CoE" or "CpE", which was preventing the unit from functioning. I called the manufacturers technical support and was advised to shut off power to the unit at the breaker for 5 to 30 min and then try it again. The explanation for this fix was that an electronic component was building an excess charge unintentionally and would release it when disconnected for a while. After doing this the unit has worked great ever since(about a month now). Since the fix was fast an easy I don't think it warrants lowering the rating.EDIT: 8/24/15We recently had one more issue with this unit, but nothing that was hard to resolve. The Control panel on the top/front of the spa started to not display some segments of a few of the 7 segment character displays, so while part of the characters were present, not all were, which made reading temperatures very hard. This unit is not longer under warranty for parts so we had to order a replacement panel from a supplier. The replacement panel was about $130 for a easy to install self contained unit, and only took me about 20 min to install. I suspect anyone with intermediate mechanical ability could swap this part out with little trouble. Since replacement, the panel and spa have continued to work well for a little over a month now. (will add pictures of the panel installation in the near future)

This is exactly what we wanted. We were in the market for a smaller hot tub so we could place it in a more private area of the yard. Had gone to Hot Tub stores and were told the large ones on display were all we could get and the prices were way more than we were willing to pay. Went online and found some places that had terrible reviews and were afraid to order online. Reviewed this site and knew Amazon had always exceeded our expectations so took a chance.This hot tub came faster than expected, was delivered with no issues, is beautiful, lots of jets and the waterfall and LED lights are a nice bonus. We just now got it set up so don't have a lot of use yet, but like all of the jets. It's working perfectly.One thing I would have liked to know ahead of time is the location of the access panels. We placed in a small area so needed to figure that out. The placement is on the long edge on the Lounge side.

This is my third hot tub but the first that was placed outdoors. The 4 wire circuit installed without much problem and then I simply followed the directions and wired it up. Its been working perfectly for a few months now and when I did have issues I called the manufacturer and they always answered when I called and gave me great support. I have had much larger units in the past (8 person) but this 3 person unit feels the same. Strong jets, simple single motor/pump operation, easy to empty and clean and good customer support. The cover fits perfectly, its easy to maintain the water chemistry and the submerged color changing led lights work great. The unit price of a little under three thousand dollars which included taxes and delivery is a fair price. Its a three person tub but it operates just like the big boys. No complaints ;and the product deserves a solid 5 star rating.

This is a nice looking hot tub. At first I noticed a bad plastic/vinyl smell but thought it would go away. A month later, we still can't turn on the bubbles because it gasses us out so bad. Come to find out it's made out of vinyl! Isn't that known to be toxic? It's certainly unpleasant. I would not buy this again or recommend it. Otherwise, it's pretty good. The jets are great. The programming is difficult and I wish there were an option to turn off or turn down the incredibly bright blue LED display. We like to look at the stars when we are in the hot tub and all we can see is the glare. The lounger is not very comfortable as compared to our last hot tub. Maybe it's a little too upright or something. Haven't figured that out yet. It's not a big deal but it makes me miss my old hot tub.

I bought this on Amazon because it was so affordable and all the comments and reviews made it much easier to shop here that somewhere else on the internet. So far, I love it and I have had it 3 weeks. Its perfect; small, heats just fine, simple, and has plenty of jets. An electrician hard wired it, there weren't any problems. It was delivered w/ a scratch, maybe a fork lift? But, its only about an inch or so long and I am fine with that. It took 7 guys to unload and carry into my back yard. I didn't have any problem with plastic smells.

I'm 5-11 & was looking forward to using the lounger but it is useless except for small persons. Cover is awkward to remove & replace. Over all quality seems good. Spa was easy to hook up & having 220 is a definite plus. I recommend spa but for smaller folks.

I have had a hot tub for over 12 years. My wife and I decided we wanted to move to a smaller hot tub. This one is perfect. I am 5,10 and my wife is 5,6. I can easily fit laying down in the side that has two pillows and my wife on the other. The hot tub heats up quickly and has powerful jets. I am very pleased with this hot tub and would recommend it.

I am writing this post now because it is now that I have had issues. Two years old and the whole circuit panel fried. My issue has been trying to get in touch with someone who can help me and then getting parts. Not happy with warrantee or service.
