A good product. It certainly kept me awake at night ! so is having an effect. The only downside is that other products tell you the dose of Ginsenosides (the active ingredient in Gingseing). Other products extract this from the root and concentrate it. (I think they use steam extraction) and put the dose in mg on the bottle. This is pure root, but doesn't give a dose. This one is the best type of Ginseng, being Korean.

Good for those recently out of Hospital who need to get their strength back. Also good for busy workers who feel under pressure and are flaked out. Really does seem to give one extra energy and vitality. I have tried many ginseng products, but this one impresses me as it is the real deal. Have already made another order and would recommend this product.

Doesn't do f all … I even toke 4 of them a day !! Other product do I can give names … just in case some one thinks that it’s me that my thing ain’t work it does work but thing thing is not okay for me ! It doesn’t do nothing

I consume ginseng in many forms, and while extracts of Panax Ginseng do have a positive effect on me, none of them have worked as well as this Korean Red Ginseng. I took my first bottle for a month; I'm on to my second bottle of this product because I was so impressed. This Korean Red Ginseng comes in a glass bottle which is something I appreciate and others do, too. The capsules aren't difficult to swallow, and the capsules are on the smaller size, so if you have difficulty swallowing pills, these should be relatively easy to swallow. The capsules are made of vegetable cellulose and not gelatin which, unless I'm mistaken, means that this product is vegetarian/vegan. This Korean Red Ginseng didn't seem remarkable when I first took it. It basically felt like regular Panax Ginseng, which I like anyway. But I continued (and still continue) to use it every morning, and I noticed that over about the span of a week I was feeling better overall. My mind became clearer and my mood more positive and optimistic. I felt less fatigue, irritability, as well as less aches and pains. My energy levels have been gently elevated, and I don't seem to get that coffee comedown as notably as before. My blood glucose levels are consistently lower, and that seems to be correlated with me starting the Korean Red Ginseng. The price is higher than regular Panax Ginseng, but in my opinion it's worth it for the benefits I've received from taking it. My advice would be to order one bottle of this and try it for a month and see if it works as well for you as it has for me. One serving is two capsules, so 60 capsules give you a 30-day supply. You are allowed to take 2 capsules, twice a day if you need it to be more potent, but personally I'm satisfied with the 2 capsules shortly after waking up in the morning. I hope that this product works as well for you as it has for me.
