It is manufactured in Sri Lanka by a company called Latex Green. It would ship out of our facility in Phoenix, Arizona

Also wondering are these made via the continuous line process or with a mold?

We do not offer continuous pour Dunlop latex, only molded latex.

What are the Package dimensions?

The Foam comes rolled up and compressed in a heavy plastic bag. It is shipped in a cardboard box that is as tall as the mattress is wide. I think it was 12x12 the other way...it has been a few years since I bought this and that may have changed. A query of the companies shipping dept. may be a good idea if it really makes a difference to you.

Is this a blend or 100% natural latex?

I understand that it is 100% natural latex. I love this mattress topper. I was sleeping on a bed in a furnished apt and wanted to make the mattress more comfortable. It is amazing. When I received and opened the mattress I was expecting a chemical smell but instead it had a natural smell, like honey. I am not comfortable on any type of memory foam because I feel I cannot move. This mattress is so cozy and comfortable.
