I purchased 4 crates in the size 36”x24” The first was purchased 4 years ago for a mini bernedoodle. The second 1 year ago for another mini bernedoodle, and two adult beagle mixes 2 months ago when we took in a relatives dogs who needed a home. Two of them have experienced the puppy phase and have held up very well. The dogs have not been able to chew or scratch off the coating. I like the versatility of having 2 doors so I can situate the crates in different directions and interior sizes (with the interior divided panel that comes with it) when needed. The thickness of the crate contributes to its sturdiness. The bottom tray is easy to remove and clean and can be secured with a closing latch so the dogs cannot slide it around. I didn’t realize that when I set it up at first. We have taken one with us on trips and it folds down and sets up easily within minutes. Very happy with this product and have recommended it to family and friends.

We used this cage as a home for feral cats we brought into the family. We set it up in the bathroom corner as housing for them as they recovered from their spay & neutering. They were not in there together but I think that would be doable with littermates depending on the size of the cats. We wanted two doors in order to be able to sneak in food & bedding if they were too wild but that didn't prove to be the case. These were adult cats & it was big enough to have a litter box in one order & a little box on the other side for sleeping with room for food dishes in front. It worked very well. Our girl had to stay in there for about a week until she was cleared to join the family. We could easily reach in & dangle toys for her to play with. The latches are secure & easy to work. It is very easy to assemble & collapse for storage. the removable bottom makes it nice if you would need to take it out to clean. Very nicely made. Highly recommend.

This crate is surprisingly sturdy. At this price point, you really can’t go wrong. Now, if you have a super aggressive chewer / Houdini that’s determined to get out of a cage - they probably will. This is simply a crate, and while sturdy, any industriously determined escape artist could feasibly get their mouth around the wires and bend them enough to get themselves free. However, if you have a less determined dog, or one that has been trained from little on to appreciate and tolerate crating from time to time this should be great. Again, any crate should not be used for extensive periods of time for any dog, unless directly supervised (as in potty training at night with owners home). I purchased this as I dog sit for a little labradoodle that needs a crate when we step out for a few hours, as she irritates our dogs and my shepherd will correct her. She is used to being crated when her owners have to step out with out her, so instead of lugging their giant crate around we opted to buy this one. We got it big enough to fit my 3 year old German Shepherd (American Line West German Shepherd) in case we ever needed it for some reason (though he’s a service dog so that isn’t likely). He’s approximately 80# and a bit small for his breed due to a leg issue. This fits the bill! It was a bit difficult to untangle to set up, as the connecting prongs were stuck tight in transit, but once we got that resolved it was up and locked in with a minute or two. The way the doors open, with a handle lever (similar to airline crate doors), is so easy to open and close, and nearly impossible for a dog to figure out how to open (we had a chow chow that figured out how to push back crate latches years ago). This is huge. I fit in there, sitting with my legs straight out sitting up right with a few inches to spare and I’m average height (5’6”). My Shepherd fits in there easily and can stand up and turn around very easily. It is very heavy, and awkward (unless you’re tall), but I was able to carry it upstairs by myself and set it up (I’m not patient enough to wait for my husband if I can figure it out lol). It is heavy and unwieldy though, so don’t be surprised. For what we need, a temporary crate situation for a guest dog, and possibly if we had to crate our GSD somewhere, this is worth the price. It’s constructed well (as any wire crate) and we have no issues in workmanship. Pops up pretty easy once you untangle the wire connection prongs. It’s not the easiest to port around simply due to its size, but you can fold it down, and store it under a bed or up right in the back of a closet easily… I just wouldn’t think you will want to do that daily. lol. All in all, this was a great buy for our needs. With care it should last us a long time to come.

This XL collapsable wire dog kennel is great!!! I love the fact that there is a side door and an end door so depending where the kennel goes, your dog can get in and out. This is especially important when you have such a huge kennel for a 105 lb pup. He does very comfortably in here with room to stand up and turn around. There is a divider that comes with it. We haven’t used it but it appears easy to install if needed. I love that when it’s folded, there are clamps to hold it folded down, something our old kennel didn’t have. It is very heavy to move around, but that is to be expected with that size. We have been using it for a few months now and are still very happy with it. It goes with us when we go camping and back into the house when we are home, which we appreciate!!

Very substantial wired crate. Better than previous purchases. Especially like the size and ease of assembling. Gives our ShihTzu plenty of wiggle room to be comfy. Good overall value.

I’ve never bought a dog crate before, so this was absolutely new to me. I don’t have a lot of space, so I needed ones that I could fold up and put away as I needed to. Unboxing them and putting them together was a chore for me! The directions were useless and the videos really didn’t show me step by step like I needed. I did go over to YouTube and found the basic directions these contraptions were supposed to be unfolding to. Everyone’s opened nice and neatly with no problems. I found myself in the floor wrestling with the thing! Then I realized, all the little clip overs parts had stuck in places they weren’t supposed to during the shipping process. Don’t be afraid to push and pull as you’re putting this together. There was one that was stuck so tightly, I did think I was going to have to use a screwdriver to pry it open a little, but with a little more pushing and pulling, it came free. The second one I had to put together was a little easier but still had to push and pull. I think these are going to work great. They are very sturdy. I would probably buy them again if I needed another. I was able to assemble these alone but needed to prop up a side to fully assemble. I don’t think I’m going to fold them up and store them like I thought I would. I gave 4 stars just because there were not adequate directions or a video.

I purchased these in 2022, they are great crates, I love the double doors and my 8lb toy poodles love their crates. I also purchased these covers, plush pads for them. Very strong material and the latches have a very good spring loaded pull. I’m buying another one for my new puppy. Even the 10lb cat likes going in them.

I e bought two of these kennels in diff sizes as my rescue dog grows. They are great kennels! They’re as sturdy as the pet store kennels, but a much better price. They’re strong and the metal is thick enough that I feel perfectly comfortable leaving my Great Pyrenees mix in the kennel. Incredibly easy to collapse and transport for travel.

C’est la deuxième cage de ce type que j’achète et je dois dire que je suis vraiment impressionné par la qualité. Même en occasion/« seconde main », elle est arrivée en parfait état, solide et comme neuve. Le montage est extrêmement simple, la cage se plie et se déplie sans effort, ce qui la rend pratique à transporter ou à ranger. Je possède un dogue allemand, donc un chien de grande taille et assez puissant, pas toujours délicat dans ses mouvements. J’avais peur qu’une cage en fil métallique puisse se déformer ou manquer de robustesse, mais pas du tout : celle-ci tient parfaitement en place, ne bouge pas et reste stable même quand mon chien s’appuie ou gratte un peu. Le métal est solide, les finitions sont propres et le système de verrouillage des deux portes est rassurant et sécurisant. Le plateau en plastique au fond est pratique à nettoyer, ce qui est un vrai plus au quotidien. Les deux portes sont très utiles pour avoir plus de flexibilité selon l’emplacement où l’on installe la cage. L’espace intérieur est largement suffisant pour que mon dogue allemand puisse s’allonger confortablement. En résumé, je recommande à 100 % ce modèle, surtout pour les propriétaires de grands chiens. C’est robuste, bien pensé, facile d’entretien et surtout sécurisant pour l’animal comme pour le maître. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je préfère largement ce modèle à d’autres que j’ai pu tester auparavant.
