Good little shredder. Compact,easy to use, ideal for small office use. Use Fellowes all the time. Never had any problems.

For this price point, this is probably as good as you can get on a shredder. It's much better than many others I've tried and paid more for. Chops up credit cards without slowing down and shred size is nice and small.The motor/blades part is nice and heavy, more substantial than others.The bucket is quite flimsy, but adequate. Window is a good touch.I was so pleased with this I had to recommend.

It’s a good domestic use double cut shredder that is only suitable for one sheet at a time if 80gsm weight of paper. What they don’t tell you is that after every box empty you need to lubricate the blades by buying appropriate shredder oil. Suggest a bottle since cheaper and follow east to use instructions. One 500ml bottle costing £5-00 will last you a year easily for 1000 A4 pages. Would suggest use that for even basic shredders. It’s good and effective shredder but not for volume office use. I would buy again as really shreds well and box will hold three times more than an ordinary shredder. Oiling, - simple. Use a sheet destined for shredding, zig zag a single east to apply single stripe of oil, and put through shredder. Job done. Also note that Every Cross shredder needs this. One negative, occasionally you will need to open and clear the bunching of paper from the blades. But that’s really infrequent unless putting through 50 sheets at a time one after another. only reason I give 4 stars, is this occasional clogging and speed to shred paper. Unable to put two sheets through at any one time but I would certainly would buy another.

Had this for a while still working I don't do that much shredding just domestic stuff but works for me so I would buy it again

Good quality, shreds everything i need without problems. There are obviously cheaper ones out there, but it was worth paying a bit more for this one though. It's very sturdy, a good weight, not flimsy like the cheaper ones. Also a good size, the cheaper ones are tiny compared to this. Highly recommend.

Great item, very happy with quality and performance.

Replacement for one I have had for years. Mechanism and motor seem good and well made. Works well for normal home use. Copes with several sheets at once. Isn't for constant use or anything - has a heat cut off and then works again when everything has cooled down. Basket is a bit plasticy (old one of the same had a metal mesh basket), but at least this one is fully enclosed so there isn't as much paper dust when shredding. Reverse gear is useful when things get stuck. Decent capacity but still small.

I like this shredder simple, affordable and with good quality. I only put 3-5 pcs of paper to shred its okay for me. as long its shredder that all i need. I recommend.

Works ok so far, but warms up quickly and stops until cools down. Value for the money I guess

This is my second fellows crosscut shredder, when the first shredder stopped working i had no hesitation in replacing it with same machine. This is a great shredder to have for your home
