The only gripe with this applies to many of these boxes -- the remote is garbage and needs to be replaced. In fact, mine is still in the box after 18 months with this box performing beyond admirably. It has functioned incredibly well -- no issues and the only time I've had any hiccups were when the internet or the power were interrupted (twice we had ISP issues where the net died and once when my apartment building went dark for electrical panel replacement). Beyond that, no issues whatsoever. In fact, I need to replace another box that died (one I'd purchased 18 months before this box) and I actually considered buying this box again -- but I think I will opt for a newer model as technology advances. But if you're considering this box and the dollars aren't a problem, you can't go wrong. And for the one above who had an electrical issue, either use the proper adapter or be honest. This box may very well be garbage but there's a reason why there's one incredibly negative ad from a questionable source and a bunch of good reviews from all over the place. Common sense should prevail. It did for me when I decided to buy this box, and I'm pleased with my decision -- hopefully you will be with yours.

We received the android box but we did not receive the actual remote with it. It is the remote that turns it on. We need the remote.

We purchased this Android box to replace our delamee box which went up in a cloud of sparks and smoke.We we pleasantly surprised to find that this new TV box had better picture quality and the remote twice as easy to use. We love it !

The remote stopped working after 3 months. I didnt drop it and abuse it in a kind of way. It is hard to find the right remote for the box...ugh

It works pretty good. Sometimes it locks up my tv and "I have to unplug it and reboot.
