Smiffys Women's Royal Red Queen Costume

It is delightful! Beautifully made with very nice quality material. It even has a real zipper, not ties or Velcro like most costumes. It is a real dress. I was very surprised to see that. It is a very soft to the touch and a flowing material so it flows when you walk. It was a little snug in the bust area but I am a bit busty so its understandable. The pattern is nice and the stitching looks well done too. I really am surprised at how nice it is. Nice bright colors. I am 5'6 and it was a bit too long for me but that is because I don't like to wear heels. If I wore heels with it, I think it would have been a perfect length. I am normally a US size 22, and it fits me very nicely. Lots of room in the hip area. I will say, the crinoline underneath does a beautiful job of fluffing out the hip area, making the dress look very authentic, however, it is stiff and scratchy, so that part is a bit uncomfortable. However, wearing shorts or hose underneath should fix that. I will say it took about three weeks to arrive. I was concerned at the time it took. However, I was advised it would arrive by April 3rd and it actually arrived April 2nd. So right on schedule. It was packaged very nicely. I didn't realize that the seller is from the United Kingdom until I got the package and saw the return address. I live in the United States, so naturally, it would take a few weeks to be shipped. It makes perfect sense. Overall, I am thrilled with the dress and can't wait to wear it. Will definitely buy from them again. It is great quality.

It's cute, comfortable and fits true to size. Definitely needs to be steamed before wearing. There are better quality costumes on the market for sure, but for the price it's ok.

This was a great costume for a young teen girl theater performance which included singing and dancing. The size small fit her perfectly (5’4, about 130lbs, size 4). We altered the skirt to bring it up at the hips for a high-low look and easier movement, just a few stitches, and it held up well. The zipper is a little wonky and tends to split open at times so just know that and have safety pins handy just in case. Excellent purchase, exactly what we needed!

My costume fit beautifully and was of good quality. Like others said a bit scratchy but easy remedy was a nice soft set of pajamas under. I received many compliments and not once was I uncomfortable or felt like taking it off. Wore full evening. Dress is a bit long (just in case you are under 5' 6"). The elastic around the arms was not too restrictive. Sorry no picture.

Cute outfit, however, one of the seams was broken. I didn't have enough time to return the product for a new one so I had to sew it myself.

Got so many compliments on this costume- fit perfectly and looked pretty authentic. Some loose threads but worth it for the price

Pretty cute outfit! Love how it fits and stays. Only thing it’s a little itchy on the bottom inside so just make sure you wear something underneath. Love how it looks!

I love this dress! The quality is so great, especially at this price point. It zips up like a real dress and isn't sheer at all. It's also very comfortable, not itchy or scratchy at all. I'm 5'4, and even in high heels, it was kind of dragging the ground. So if you're short, be prepared to wear super high-heels or else get it hemmed. I wish I would have worn a long petticoat under the dress to add some extra volume, but it wasn't strictly necessary. Such a fun costume!
